Junmai Nigori Sake
Fruity aroma with a hint of sakekasu (sake lees)
The nigorigo is beautiful and looks like snow.
A little sweet, but good flavor and balance.

This was my favorite sake that I drank in 2011, so I bought it again in 2012.
I bought two bottles and drank the first one in December and the second one in February.
The balance between the dryness that lingers in the throat and the sweetness that lingers in the mouth is exquisite.
I had an image that it was easier to drink a year ago, but I wonder if it is a change in taste or a difference in age.
Either way, it is very tasty.

I have had it before, and it is very delicious with an easy-to-drink acidity and complex rice flavor.
Active nigori
The sweetness is moderate, and the mouthfeel is clean and acidic at first, followed by a gorgeous aroma and a creamy, full flavor.
The fizzy sensation is very refreshing!
