Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.

Drinking outside after work. My wife was off work and we decided to have dinner outside. We found this restaurant in the vicinity of Nara Station - ‼️ We couldn't find a good time to drink at Toyoshuku, so we went to this restaurant and had a glass of Nara's local sake, Shirotoroku (‼️). The aroma was gorgeous, the taste was smooth and sweet on the palate, and the finish was refreshing.

Another one this time. It is Takatsugawa by Fusozuru. It is from Shimane Prefecture. I saw Hiraccio-san drinking it and longed for it 🙌. First at room temperature. The color is a solid yellow. The aroma is mildly savory with a hint of maturity. It smells like caramel, soy sauce, and cream cheese. The mouthfeel is gentle. The palate is drowned in the complex flavor of aged rice with a moderate acidity. When heated up, it becomes smoother and more balanced, and you can just keep on drinking it. It has a relaxing and soothing taste. When tasted with a thick Shigaraki-ware sake cup, the warmth of the clay makes it taste even better. The warmth of the clay makes it even softer and happier 💕. Aizu girl and the Takatsu River I will relax my body and soul in the late winter. What a good evening drink 😊.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. There are still many places I want to visit, so I will visit Kansai again if I have a chance...!

I saw Sanad and Nemuchi rave about this brand a long time ago, and it was on my list of things to drink. The sweet and gentle aroma is pleasant. It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth and a long, lingering spiciness after swallowing. It has a strong alcoholic taste and a rather robust flavor. This is one of my favorite types 😋. @sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨.
