I had bought it about 7 years ago and I remembered how delicious it was😁. This is the first time I've seen it in a while at Ikebukuro Seibu, so I was nostalgic and bought it. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt some gas. The first day I opened the bottle, I could feel some gas. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. Hmm, this is my kind of thing 😆😆. The alcohol content is a solid 17 degrees, but you don't feel it at all, it has a smooth mouthfeel😊Lot management is important so you don't suffer the next day.

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚
