Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it I drink it cold. Clear and colorless It has a full flavor in the mouth. The flavor spreads slowly. Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi. It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself. The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Purchased at Mikiya, a direct sales store near Umeichirin Sake Brewery. They sell Ume-Ichirin sake, sake cups, and other goods, but they also sell boxed lunches and other items, just like a convenience store. I bought this one, which had a pop-up sign saying it was the most popular. I found out about this place at a bar in Matsumoto the other day, and since it is a sake brewery in Kujukuri, I went there since it was the GW season and Kangiku was close by. #Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.
