I had bought it about 7 years ago and I remembered how delicious it was😁. This is the first time I've seen it in a while at Ikebukuro Seibu, so I was nostalgic and bought it. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt some gas. The first day I opened the bottle, I could feel some gas. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. Hmm, this is my kind of thing 😆😆. The alcohol content is a solid 17 degrees, but you don't feel it at all, it has a smooth mouthfeel😊Lot management is important so you don't suffer the next day.

Very dry. You can really feel the rice malt in this sake. It would definitely go well with a fatty steak. Personally, I felt it was sharp enough to be just right on the rocks.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶Hiroshima Zouga Linear Heart White Rice A little tight in the glass, but soft in the mouth. It is a subtle combination of grassy and fruity. Mild when drunk from a flat cup (or plate). I had it with striped horse mackerel simmered roughly 😋. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20220812

A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

Local brand of Kamogane. It is al-soke and has no label on it, so is it a regular sake? The taste is clearly superior to the ginjo class, with a touch of sweetness and a refreshing feeling. I wonder if it is just not labeled. Since it was purchased from a supermarket in Fukuyama, I did not expect such a high level of quality, but I was surprised! Delicious, highly recommended.

The slight chilliness of the gas also gives the wine a freshness👍.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚
