This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... It's a rich, umami type that's different from the general image of Niigata's sake. It has a sweetness from the rice. As it has won a gold medal, I'm sure this sake would be delicious warmed. It also has a creamy sweetness.

Echigo Den'emon is my new favorite. Maybe because it is a one-operation operation, production is low and it sells out quickly. The aroma is peachy and fruity. It has a very sweet, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, with an astringency that builds up toward the end. As you drink it, it gets drier and drier, and it has a heavy alcohol taste for its strength. The combination made us groan ✨.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

A sake brewery in Shiwa-machi, Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture, the birthplace of the Nanbu Touji clan. The oldest sake brewery in Iwate, Azumamine Sake Brewery. Founded in 1684, which means... Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. Next up was Azumamine, which was also a first for me 😙 and it was delicious 😍. I don't remember how to describe the taste 😅 it was just so good 😊. After that we switched to 🍋lemon sours and since the restaurant was 2.5 hours open, we ended the meal with salmon ikura takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with salmon roe) and were very satisfied! Since it was still early, we moved to a restaurant in the station building to talk over dessert! My son ordered a parfait😄We looked at the menu and thought we would have a glass of champagne, but the bottle seemed more economical than a glass, so we ordered a bottle 🍾. The waiter opened the bottle and put it on the table! We were a little bit surprised when the waiter opened the bottle in front of our table and put it on the table 😅. We drank a lot with Fish & Chips and had a good conversation with my son, even though it was a short time 😌. Omiya was a great city 😇

I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.
