The fourth one is Nechi-Osan. This is my first time to visit this brewery. I always thought it was "KONCHI". Sorry locals! The taste of rice is well expressed, but the overall taste is clean and dry. The aftertaste is a bit peculiar, but it is good in its own way. Thank you!

OSAKA SAKE&FOOD EXPO 2024⑳ Lastly, we went to the Komatsuya booth again. Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often. There were many different rice varieties, but we chose the Koshitanrei 1st class rice 2020. Nechi is only available at authorized dealers. January 2, 2024 Banquet at home. Drinking sake with my sister who is back home. The fourth and last sake of the day is The fourth and last sake of the day was Asahi Wakamatsu Junmai Sake sake. It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. When poured into a glass, it had a yellowish When I poured it into a glass, it had a yellowish color and a sense of maturity. The color is yellow and it has a sense of maturity. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature. I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵. On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. Tonight, our first series of this brand from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. Okuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahashime Unite 2023BY✨. The aroma is a mild, almost odorless barb 🌿 The taste has a pleasant acidity and sweetness on the attack, with a nice, nourishing umami flavor. The second half is quite sharp with a pungent alcohol taste lingering in the back of the throat. It was very perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.

I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )

I was wondering if I should post this as it was given to me at a tasting, but as a record. Not knowing the date the bottle was opened, it is difficult to judge, but the characteristics are a texture that you can feel the core of the rice, dryness, and an acidity that is assertive throughout. It said it was mizu-hashiroshi brewed, but I wonder if this acidity is a feature. The best thing was that I met a sake with a strong impact and that the proprietress remembered my name ✌️.
