Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

Tonight, we will finally enjoy a very tasty "Shiuchu" and another brand "Hiroki" spring sake from the same brewery 🤗. This is the first time I've heard of a brewing method called "sanki amazakamoto". It is said to be a technique to bring out the flavor of the rice. The first bottle we opened at the beginning of the New Year was a bottle of "Fuku Chitose Namae Junmai Dry Taste" brewed with the prefecture's original sake rice "Sakahomare", which was grown in Fukui. This is the third time this season that sake made with Sakahomare has been brewed. Homecoming Series 8 Grilled shishamo in the garden and served with it is a dish from Yoshikubo Sake Brewery. The color is yellow, and the mouthfeel is rich and umami, the Junmai sake! There is no mention of the rice on the label, but I like it... I looked at the brewery's website, and found that it is my favorite TAMAEI! It was a real gem!
