Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. This is a unit work of three breweries in Joetsu: Katafune (Takeda Sake Brewery), Koshiji-no-Kenbai (Kubiki Shuzo), and Chiyonomitsu (Chiyonomitsu Sake Brewery). Kura-kept yeast, fresh yeast, and shibari. The proprietor introduced that there is a new trial in Niigata as well. Delicious! It starts with a light sweetness, followed by acidity and a sharp bitterness. This complexity is good. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sake from Joetsu. There is a recommendation from Takeda Shuzo on the back label, which is also interesting.

Usuberini-san for the previous year, which was ordered by mail order after other stores started carrying 06BY. Although the aroma has some sake-like characteristics, it has a mellow mouthfeel, acidity, fruity, slightly sweet and umami, and a deep flavor that is a whole lot. I ordered some alcohol to thank friends and acquaintances, but bought some for myself to dilute the shipping costs. First up was a Junmai sake from Koshiji-no-Kenbai. The label made it look really delicious. The day I opened the bottle, it was slightly fizzy and aromatic with a very fine taste. Like a sweet champagne. On the second day, it calmed down and tasted a bit better than the sake I usually drink. I enjoyed it at a level that was a little tastier than the sake I usually drink. (richer than the usual sake grade).

Purchased at the new "Haneda Airport Garden" at Haneda Airport, an antenna store for the Yamakoshi area in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋.
