This is KIYOMIZU from the same hanpukai. The difference is that Maikaze from Gunma Prefecture is used instead of Gohyakumangoku. The aroma is the same as SAKAEMASU, but milder. The taste is surprisingly less cloying than SAKAEMASU. There are not many rice varieties that have a cleaner sake quality than Gohyakumangoku. The sweetness is also relatively strong and full-bodied.

I drank plenty of water, so I don't have a hangover. Now, I have my first narai among them, a beta version with different yeast. It has a serial number. I was told that I should drink it because it is rare, so I was persuaded to drink it again today. The sweetness is more pronounced when it is brought to room temperature. Both were delicious, but I preferred the one on the left. I don't think I will be able to drink it again (except at this restaurant). I didn't eat much food at the bar. This is because the hotel we stayed at, the Chateraise Hotel, had a welcome cake 🍰 which we ate before heading out. One per person, but the size is big so you are full. You can drink as much as you want, but I decided to be moderate because I was going to have alcohol afterwards 😌.

Smell reminiscent of lactic acid, bananas, wind forest. Light golden color, sticky liquid, sour and sugary sweet, hard water, a bit banana-y, pungent. The aftertaste is sweet and tingly, reminiscent of canned fruit syrup. As you get used to drinking it, you can taste the bitterness. Outweighs the sweetness of the roll cake. After eating the roll cake, you feel the sourness and this is delicious. I want to drink it thick and sweet and sip it little by little. If you add ice, you get sourness and bitterness. When it is warmed up, the strong sweetness is drawn out and changes to a gentle taste, and after the slight sweetness and sourness, it seems to seep in. It is delicious. I couldn't finish my drink.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
