Sasasande - I'm still in the sasandei. A trophy of the Niigata expedition. Surprisingly, it tastes like a summer sake with a strong acidity. It is said to be made from 100% Kame-no-o with a 65% rice polishing ratio. I wonder if anyone can guess the type of rice by the masking. Someday I would like to say, "Oh, this is Omachi"...
Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. That makes sense. The sake was served cold in the cold sake corner at the store, so I chilled it well at home. It has a well-balanced taste, not too sweet or dry. It is easy to drink and delicious. Niigata's cup sake has a huge variety and high quality.
Purchased at a liquor store found on the way to Niigata for swimming.
It was made with rice grown by four farmers in the Nishiura area.
It was the first time I tasted the yogurt feeling.
I recommend it👍
This sake is aged in bottles in the cold storage of the brewery before shipping.
It has a delicious full-bodied and sweet taste 😊.
It's April and it's been terribly hot these past few days.
Today's main dish is pork shabu-shabu, which is an infusion of plenty of vegetables for the body fattened by sake consumption.
Side dishes are curry and bread with lots of butter.

Well...
I guess it wasn't for me...
I had been drinking a lot of sweet nigori, so I felt uncomfortable with the spicy nigori.
However, I enjoyed the slight spicy flavor.
I bought it as a souvenir for myself at Hina Biraki in Iwamuro.
Next year, I will buy the recommended one.
Postscript.
I drank it again 3 days later. Mmm?
That hard feeling became round.
Isn't it supposed to be mild and tasty!
If it costs 1,100 yen, it might be the most cost-effective.
Purchased at Yoshiike in Okachimachi.
It has a nice aroma that is not typical of Niigata sake.
It has a medium-bodied, umami taste with a mature feel.
Tonight, I'm pairing it with hamburgers at 38°C and 45°C.
This is the first shot of the New Year. I heard that it is mostly consumed locally, so I was curious to see what it was like and bought it. It's light with a hint of sweetness.
The aroma is fruity!
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The mouthfeel is lighter than I imagined. The taste of Yamada Nishiki. It also has a little sweetness. It's good, but not quite enough.
