Second bottle this year Delicious at room temperature to lukewarm. Sasashuku Sake Brewery in Niigata is fun because they serve a wide variety of sake! This is my favorite brewery!

Light and refreshingly dry. It goes with everything and makes meals enjoyable. Goes well with everything. Sake rating +5. cold, room temperature or hot. All were delicious.
