SAKE POST", a sake subsque started last month.
This time it was Sasashuku from Sasashuku Shuzo. Although labeled dry, it feels slightly sweet in the mouth. The sake is refreshing and goes down smoothly, and it ends when you feel like you can drink it quickly 💦.
100ml felt like a small amount of sake 😊.
Souvenir one-cup from a friend: ☺︎

From the brewery's website👇.
It is a sweet and sour sake that makes the most of "acidity," a light and pleasant sake that can be drunk in the daytime when the "sun" is shining, or on a Sunday when tomorrow is work. The sake rice is made from the legendary "Kame-no-o" sake rice grown under contract by the YS Agri-Plant (which operates the Sorano Terrace), an agricultural corporation in Nishikawa, Nishigama-ku, Tokyo.

Aroma: Lactic acidity such as cottage cheese, fruits such as apples and pears, granulated sugar
Taste: The sweetness of rice comes in the first attack, but the strength of the original sake soon appears and remains on the tongue for a while.
Lactic acidic aroma, strong flavor, goes well with cheese!
I drank it for the first time.
Clear and label-less.
It's a cool drink.
Good for an aperitif.

A limited time product for the winter season.
This sake is not fruity, but has an aroma of rice and a sweetness that is very appealing. It is a quintessential Niigata sake.
There is also Sasaland, but I think I prefer this one because it is easier to drink.
Hot sake, the mouthfeel is alcoholic but mild and refreshing, with a long aftertaste of sake.
It is light, but has a full-bodied, mellow taste, and is moderately delicious.
