I think I'm the only one who knows about this name 🤣.
I think I'm the only one who would give it to KiriBan 🤣 or maybe a lot of people don't know 🤣.
I found such a brand in Ibaraki Prefecture 😭.
I've had this brand before and it was so good I wanted to have it again 😍.
I think it's basically only sold in Niigata Prefecture...but when I asked the owner about it, he told me a long story about the past. I don't remember what he was talking about because it was so long 🙄.
The aroma is a bit alcoholic, but if I had to guess, I would say green apple?
It's a fresh fruity mouthfeel.
Apple-like sweetness and acidity. It is unfiltered raw but has been aged for some time, so it has a smooth mouthfeel with no clinginess that is typical of raw sake! And it finishes more dry with a mild bitterness. ‼️
Light aroma of maturity with a hint of nasal perfume. It's nice.
I wonder what it is, I like it because it is like Ohroku 😋.
It tastes like it would go really well with peculiar snacks...burdock root goes well with it 😋.
It's been a while since I did a serious review 🥺.
I guess a serious review suits me after all 🥺.
