Finally, my "1000th" check-in🎊! We've reached one big milestone✨! For the commemorative 1000th bottle, we didn't dare to be flashy and went back to the basics with a sake from our hometown, Niigata, "Hakkaisan Normal Sake" 🏔️ Refreshing aroma 🎵 Slightly sweet, with a hint of sourness and spiciness in the middle 😉. Clean, refreshingly dry ⚡️ Old-fashioned taste but ultimately easy to drink👍️ I will continue to pursue this as long as there is sake 🍶🍶🍶.
