16th one this year. My favorite sparkling Yoshida Kurau! The moment when the cork is opened slowly and the cork rises with the bubbles is so wonderful! (It's hard to open and close the cork so that it doesn't spill) The acidity that can be felt faintly yet clearly as it fizzes, and the sweetness that comes afterwards and then slips out is superb! It's great to drink it with a glass of wine to toast!

15th one this year. The first time I saw SENKIN HOPE was at Corona It was an assemblage of three different types of sake (Kame-no-o, Yamada-Nishiki, and Omachi) that overlapped due to a timing conflict with the schedule for squeezing sake. Hope for the Corona disaster! The concept of "Hope for the Corona disaster! And it was quoted that a portion of the proceeds from the sales of HOPE, which was revived again after the Noto earthquake, would be donated to Ishikawa. As a consumer, I appreciate the fact that I can make a small contribution to the donation while enjoying the taste of the food!

The 15th bottle of this year Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro, whose label color was changed from last year. Slightly sparkling, low alcohol (13%), recently popular type. I was hooked on it last year and bought many bottles, and this year I bought it again. It is as delicious as ever! However, compared to last year, I was not as impressed as I was last year... maybe my expectations were too high, or maybe it was my physical condition. 。。。。 I want to buy one more time to find out!

2024 14th bottle Sake made with "Nikomaru" rice as the base rice. It's really good! Slightly effervescent gas. Fruity with a slight bitterness in the second half. Delicious! I'm going to try some more of the sake from Hiran!

Thirteenth bottle of this year's Tasake's Kijoshu Valentine Luckily, I bought it two years in a row. The sweetness and elegance that only kijoshu can offer! I recommend drinking 60cc to 90cc after a meal or before going to bed! Delicious!

12th bottle of the year Shin Takachiyo Zero (Katakana Takachiyo), a Japanese sake with 12% alcohol by day only. I remember purchasing this last year, but I have the impression it tastes better than that! It has the same fruity and gaseous taste as Takachiyo Sou, but the aftertaste is a bit spicier and drier. Which is better, Takachiyo Sou or Takachiyo Takachiyou, is completely a matter of taste! It was delicious, I will definitely buy Katakana Takatiyo when I see it!

Eleventh one this year. Imbi. Always enjoy the comments on the back of the label. And the sweetness is stable. The sweetness spreads in your mouth at once. But it is not sticky. It is not sticky. In other words, very tasty. I drank it little by little over a week.

The 10th one this year Sakiyami from Takamusume Shuzo in Nakanojo, Kigunma, Japan Light Nigori It's really delicious. The petitiveness and the fruity taste. I was impressed the first time I drank it and have been a fan ever since! Personally, I think it has become a little drier than it used to be, but I will continue to follow it!

The 9th one this year Reincarnation of Hiran This is a project started this year, in which sake rice that changes with each zodiac sign is crossed with the No. 12 yeast (Urakasumi yeast). This year, Yamada Nishiki Wow! It was delicious. This is also lemon squash! I want to find out and buy it again at the end of this year! It was really good.

Eighth bottle of the year. Shin Takachiyo Sou (Katakana Takachiyo), a Japanese sake with 12% alcohol by volume, exclusively for daytime drinking. What, this is juice-free? Isn't this a sake cocktail? It's so fruity and gassy that it's delicious! It must have been created through a great deal of trial and error. I am really surprised. I would rather drink this sake by itself than as a food sake! To put it mildly, it's great!

2024 7th bottle Unrefined, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Imi Fruity, sweet and gentle taste. Easy to drink and you would not notice the 17% alcohol content. I can't drink ale-soaked sake! I want people who say, "I can't drink aluzome!" to drink it blind, saying, "It's junmai! Most of them may not even notice it.

2024 6th bottle Nakazen Shuzo's new type of Shiboritate Nama sake, which I saw at this liquor store and fell in love with through Nakanori-san and kyozon sake. Sake made with test-brewed rice from Nagano, Japan. According to the owner, it is a strain of Nishida Sake Brewery's sake rice (Kojonishiki, I think). 。。。。 I don't know how difficult it is to understand, but it is delicious with a nice acidity spread. The flavor changed on the second day as well. I think I can enjoy it even if the atmosphere changes for a week or so.

5th bottle in 2024 First experience with "Makiki", which I had never had at Takachiyo Brewery and was curious about! The micro-bubble washing & flat milling method of washing and grinding rice aside, it's delicious! More refreshing than the Hiragana Takachiyo, but fruity and with just the right amount of gas! I became a fan!
