This is Hachibei's autumn sake.
It is full of the flavor of rice, but does not have a heavy feeling, and soaks into the body naturally.
It had a gentle and kind taste.
A hiyaoroshi with umami on top.
When I drank it about 3 years ago, I didn't feel that much, but perhaps the quality of the sake has improved, and there was a freshness that I didn't feel before.
The addition of some acidity brought the flavors together.
I would like to drink this again.
Junmai Nama-nihonjyu Yamadanishiki
The taste is strong, as is typical of nama sake. It has no acidity, and is a strong sake with a good drinking experience.
Well-balanced taste.
It has a strong acidity and is perfect for the hot season. I thought it would have been nice to drink it on a more summery day since the nights are already much cooler today. It also has a hint of sweetness, so I think it is suitable as a food sake with Japanese food.
I have to work one night in a row about once a year, but this month, as a result of a shift change, I'm sure I'll be able to work another shift.
This time I opened a bottle of this one, which I bought without thinking because I was curious about the label, which seemed to awaken my festival fever last month: ✨️
Hachibei Sakaya Talkin' Loud.
I guess it translates to "Shout! I guess that would be "Talkin' Loud".
[Glass.]
The ginjo aroma is similar to apple cider vinegar with a hint of sourness, and the mouthfeel has a really slight gassy feeling, followed by a refreshing lemon-like flavor, a hint of freshness, and a clean, refreshing finish.
[Mokkiri.]
Slightly fruity aroma, a refreshingly crisp flavor and acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste.
The light, refreshing taste and lingering finish are perfect for drinking outside while listening to music, and the low temperature change is also intoxicating, making it a perfect match for grilled meat.
The entrée is [Fukui Bonito Tataki], [Chanja] and [Smoked Salmon] 😋.
And there was a YouTube video of the Augusta Camp.
[Augusta Camp's "Let's Go Look for a Piece of Star".
[Koji Miyamoto's newly recorded "Like the Moon Tonight.
and "A New Dawn" by our beloved SCOOBIE DO 🎶 at full volume.
The fourth picture is a dish I had at a restaurant specializing in handmade udon noodles, which is rare in Fukui.
Thank goodness it came with fried vegetables!
However, I didn't expect to order [egg tempura] and it came with a hot egg 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Jive😄.
Keema Curry Udon! I thought it was a soup curry if only for the picture 😆 Fried vegetables are delicious and feel good for you ⁉️
Shout! is an impactful label. I see that it features a sharp taste 🥰.
Hi Jive 🐦.
This is refreshing either way you drink it 😊 also the one you are listening to is properly associated with the night 👍🎶I always listen to it when I do my chores, so I haven't listened to it in a while and wanted to drink it while listening to it 😌.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌛!
There was also carbonara kamatama, but I chose this one 😋.
I drank it smoothly because one of the concepts of this restaurant is to not get tired of drinking 🥰.
Good evening, Pon-chan!
I felt that the glass had a little more information for my taste buds than the glass, but both bottles were easy to drink 🍶.
Drinking sake while listening to your favorite music is also delicious 🥰.
Good morning, Mr. Jive!
Talkin' Loud by Hachibei, I had another label 2 years ago and I remember it was very citrusy, refreshing and delicious 😋.
The curry with lots of vegetables looks delicious 🤤.
