Weak smell of thin apple slightly sour. Ohhhh good. Sparkling lemon-like acidity with a hint of sweetness, a little heavy on the acidity and rice flavor, then fading away to a gentle chile of bitterness. The acidity is firm and not too thin, and there is a slight sweetness, but the sweetness does not overpower the sourness and it is very refreshing. As you drink it, it becomes too familiar in your mouth and seems to disappear. When warmed up, it tastes sour and makes you drool from the back of your tongue. The second day. Sour, light and refreshing. Too easy to drink.

Drinking Night in Kuwana (5) Kuwana City is a drinking set at Miejin. Lastly, let's have a drink with a brand you've never seen outside of Kuwana. Hachibei Yamahai Junmai The aroma of rice with a little bit of weight, the mouthfeel is clean and clean, and the finish is crisp and clean. I took the day off on a weekday for the first time in a while and wandered around Kobe City 🚗. We decided to go to a soba restaurant near the Hyogo Prefectural Government Office, where Sumino's family was said to visit. There are only counter seats in the restaurant, and it is said that there is a long line every day, but we were lucky enough to be seated easily that day. If you want to be sure of a seat, it is recommended to make a reservation on line 💡. They have a good selection of drinks and a la carte dishes, and there were a few people here and there 👀 who were having a lunchtime drink. The soba noodles restaurant had a strong aroma, so I chose the dry Hachibei 🍶. The sweetness was gone quickly and left a bitter taste like grapefruit. It's been a while since I had a dry sake, but it didn't interfere with the soba and I drank it without hesitation👍.

I am Hachibei inadvertently. Jugoya since the Ise visit. The label is now Oshan! It is firm and tasty. It goes well with dashi. It was two days and one night that I thought "dashi" is very important.

The label is on the sake upside down, but since this is a picture of the glass taken with the food, you can't tell the difference. It has a distinctly dark and spicy reputation, but the depth of flavor and richness is well-defined. So it seems to go very well with seafood. We had it with shirasu (baby sardines), iwagaki (oysters), and clams.
