Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA21
Sasazuku is a sake rarely seen on the market.
I had the impression that the unpasteurized sake I drank before had a unique character.
I drank
Sasa-jyu Junmai Unfiltered Sake
The aroma is like herbs and mint. It was easier to drink than I expected when compared to the nama-shu I drank in the past.
Sasa-jirushi low-refined, raw yeast, junmai, unfiltered sake
Smoked-like nuance
Shukubuki Yellow Label
Second fermentation in bottle sparkling
Not very sweet, but tasty and refreshing.
Daiginjo-genshu
Rich, sweet and delicious!
Reasonable price for an exhibited sake?
Light, sweet, refreshing sake
Light, like water, but with a hint of Yamadanishiki flavor.
Slightly astringent on the tip of the tongue rather than soft sweetness and acidity
This is a sake from Sasashuku's autumn opening this year, so it is probably only available in Niigata Prefecture.
Although it is aged for 7 years, the taste is light and easy to drink without any peculiarities.
The 19th kind of business trip to Niigata 👀.
Sake at the end of the party was Sasashuku ❣️
Delicious 👌
Thank you for the great banquet today, Niigata people 😭
Matsuzakiya How many cups
A low milled rice ratio of 80%, raw yeast and unfiltered,
The complex flavor makes a difference even when you are drunk.
There was a national track and field meet at the Big Swan that day,
I had a drink (a lot) with a well-dressed teacher who was accompanying the athletes and was sitting at the counter.
He has a wealth of knowledge about bodywork, and when he massaged me, my shoulders felt unusually light. My eyes also opened.
He is also a trainer for famous athletes, so it was a luxurious experience. I don't remember much.
The taste is clean and dry.
This is my second time at SAKE POST and it tastes better than the first time. Maybe it's because it goes well with hot summer months like now ✨.
As the label says, different rice is used for each of the yeast and brewing process...
All of that rice is also from Nishigama, which suggests that it was grown with care 🌾.
In Niigata City's Nishigama Ward, there are Iwamuro Onsen (hot springs), Kakudahama where wineries are located, the brewery Sasashuku Shuzo, and Hasegawa-ya where we purchased the sake 🌊.
The aroma that rises is a strong, natural aroma of rice, with a hint of ripeness. There is little fruitiness 😌.
Various flavors are present in the mouth 🤤.
Sweetness and acidity are strong.
There is still a sense of maturity in the spiciness, astringency, and bitterness, with a hint of fruitiness ❔ and a light salty taste ❔.
And the core of the wine was a robust rice flavor that sat at the core throughout 😋 I could feel the power of the rice 💪.
Very rich in a way✨
Just a little expensive!
One cup, 500 yen 💦.
At Niigata Station Ponshukan on a business trip to Niigata.
A colleague who accompanied me bought me a jacket cup of sake.
The taste is a light, dry sake reminiscent of Niigata.
It is a robust sake with a sharp taste.
I hadn't had this kind of sake recently,
I enjoyed it very much.
Drinking sake on the Shinkansen with takobutsu (octopus) is very special.
Good morning Jay & Nobby!
I didn't mind because it was empty and everyone around me was also opening izakaya 😂 lol.
It's times like this when you wish you could arrive in Tokyo a little slower 🤣.
Rice used is Gohyakumangoku
The acidity is effective, and the umami flavor is penetrating.
It has been a long time since this sake had the impact of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast.
