I was curious to buy it after Manachie drank it in Kiri 😁I've been curious about Sasa Celebration for a while now. It has an alcoholic and slightly ripe aroma. It has a rounded mouthfeel with a slight fruity and graininess. It has a light fruity and graininess. A little bitterness in the second half. It has a strong yet clean taste, similar to Oroku. I would like to try many more in the future. I think that sake that is not exactly my favorite but I can taste it is really a good sake. Wang Luk is one of them. It has the same specs as Manachie's, but the production date is older, so I have the impression that it is a little overripe, but there seems to be no problem in terms of sake quality. I'm a little concerned that the sense of maturity lingers on the palate long after drinking. I wonder if it was aged too long in the store?

700 check-in. 7️⃣ It's Sasa Celebration㊗️ I think I'm the only one who knows about this name 🤣. I think I'm the only one who would give it to KiriBan 🤣 or maybe a lot of people don't know 🤣. I found such a brand in Ibaraki Prefecture 😭. I've had this brand before and it was so good I wanted to have it again 😍. I think it's basically only sold in Niigata Prefecture...but when I asked the owner about it, he told me a long story about the past. I don't remember what he was talking about because it was so long 🙄. The aroma is a bit alcoholic, but if I had to guess, I would say green apple? It's a fresh fruity mouthfeel. Apple-like sweetness and acidity. It is unfiltered raw but has been aged for some time, so it has a smooth mouthfeel with no clinginess that is typical of raw sake! And it finishes more dry with a mild bitterness. ‼️ Light aroma of maturity with a hint of nasal perfume. It's nice. I wonder what it is, I like it because it is like Ohroku 😋. It tastes like it would go really well with peculiar snacks...burdock root goes well with it 😋. It's been a while since I did a serious review 🥺. I guess a serious review suits me after all 🥺. I'll keep trying to do serious reviews 💔.

SAKE POST", a sake subsque started last month. This time it was Sasashuku from Sasashuku Shuzo. Although labeled dry, it feels slightly sweet in the mouth. The sake is refreshing and goes down smoothly, and it ends when you feel like you can drink it quickly 💦. 100ml felt like a small amount of sake 😊.
