Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 212111
A sweet and sour sake that is easy to drink.
Bottle-aged in the cold storage at the brewery, 2022BY
Tasted slightly chilled. Nose is funky and yeasty. Flavor is strong with umami and mushroom, with pepper spice on the finish. Undertones of banana cream. A pleasant drink and one that would pair well with a wide variety of things.

Sasashuku Daiginjo-genshu
It has a thick, rich flavor, and while it is clear, it has a strong umami. It is clear, but has a strong umami flavor. The price is low for an exhibition sake, and it has a well-defined flavor, rather than the usual watery cleanness.
