This is my first time to try Bodo yeast. I googled and researched but I don't know the difference between Namahashi, Yamahashi and Bodaihashi 😂. Omachi, 65% polished rice, 16% alcohol. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity? Complex taste 🤔This is delicious 😳I wasn't expecting it to be normal because of the plain label, but I liked it 😊I wonder if the brewing process called Bodai Hashiro was good? I like it 🤔 But why didn't I feel any gas at all even though I was told to be careful when opening the bottle because it contains carbon dioxide gas? I opened the bottle in the bath just to be safe but it was a bit of a letdown 🤭I guess I let the gas out... 😭 but it was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
