I wonder if Utsunomiya will get snow this year...I hope not 😅 I've been accumulating sake that I haven't uploaded yet and I forget what kind of sake it was 💦It's a super dry sake from Daishinshu, but we argued over whether it was apple-like or not 🤼. I only remember I was smug because it said Delicious Apple on the back 🤣.

Houou Mida Liqueur Series Strawberry 🍓. I've had Yuzu, Lemon, and citrus drinks, so I tried Strawberry 💪 Looks like strawberry milk already 🤣. Unlike the citrus type, it's like a dessert drink, which is a different genre 😳. Is it strawberry yogurt with a zest? I think it's not like I'm drinking alcohol 🤔, because of the low alcohol content 😅If you think of it as this kind of alcohol, it's very fruity and very tasty 🙏. It was so thick that it was delicious even if I mixed it with milk, but it lost the feeling of alcohol even more 🙏 I wish I could have had it with milk.

I won 🎉🎊! It was expensive, but I got it when I won the lottery 🤣The clerk advised me to be careful when opening it because of the strong fizz, so I opened it in the bathroom and it didn't blow out 🤭. It is made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 45% and an alcohol content of 11 degrees C. The toji, Makoto Uematsu, is the master brewer. I opened the bottle today 🎉It's been a while since I've had a glass of it since I've been drinking it in a boar cup 🎉It's highly carbonated and has a strong sweet and sour acidic taste. No aftertaste? No aftertaste? It is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content. It's stylish and good 🤤It was a good sake for Xmas 🙏I'll drink it again next year if it's affordable 😅. I looked on mercari and found it sold for more than 3 times the purchase price and was bought... 😱The sellers and buyers are awesome 😫.

I was in Fukushima on a trip with a national discount and stopped by Miyazumi Sake Brewery to buy some Collage to commemorate the trip 😊I tried to buy a bottle of Collage but they didn't sell it 👍I asked the sales clerk about the difference between Collage and Miyazumi and he said Miyazumi is more spicy 🤔They have a Junmai Ginjo which is more affordable and standard. Take it home 😊. I was not able to open the bottle until after I returned from my trip, but I enjoyed it with the memories of my trip 🤤 I am the brewery that makes Collage, so it was a delicious sake that I like.

This is a small bottle, but our second Koryu 🐉. If I recall, this is one of the bottles that got me started drinking sake last year after watching a video by Sakelabo 😊It breaks the image of sake as "kanji labels" and "clear liquid" with its pop label and cloudy taste that makes you wonder what it tastes like🤔I got it this year when it was on the shelf at Hitomisan to get it as fast as possible! I wish I could have gotten it as fast as I could this year. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 60% polished rice, and 13% alcohol. I only remember that it was delicious, and since I have been drinking sake for a year, I thought my impression would change, but it was as good as ever 😋 I don't remember it at all, and I wondered if it was sweet from the label. I thought it would change my opinion but it was as good as ever 😋 I don't remember anything so I thought it was sweet from the label and it was dry and delicious 😆 The wife almost drank the first bottle, she said to buy another one 😫 Thank you for the treat! 🙏

I like Tobu Department Store events and often go to see them without buying anything 😊I bought a bottle at the Kyoto long-established stores event in early fall 😊They don't do many Kyoto product stores, so I always look forward to it👍. 100% Gohyakumangoku from Kyoto, 50% polished rice, 17.5% alcohol by volume. Using the yeast "Kyo-no-Koi". Dry and dry mouthfeel as Mrs. ordered from the waitress 😋Kyoto sake is also delicious 👍This was my first Kyoto sake, but you won't find it in Utsunomiya 😅Thank you for the treat 🙏. I heard the Isodine song from the TV commercial in my side ear and was singing it in my mind... the lyrics have changed 😳I immediately searched and found that you gave up Isodine... after I'm home, I was wrong for a long time about the ding ding part of rattle ding ding ding 🤣. It's so different 🤭.

I remembered I've heard that phrase somewhere and it was fully ripe fresh 😅I searched for it and found it was a little girl and she's already so big 😳Time flies by so fast... 🤔 Yamagata Prefecture Izuwasanzan 80%, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol 15%. This is my first time to drink a packaged sake, but it is fresh, fruity but not sweet, and very tasty. This is the last sake I opened 2 months ago 😁Thank you 🙏. I went to Mekada San today for the first time in 3 or 4 months and they were having the lottery 😆 if you want one, please try 🤣.

I think my wife wanted to try "Shinshu Kamerei" which I think she got from somewhere, so we went to the only place around here where we could buy it, Saito Sake Shop, and we bought this sake. I really have no luck with Shinshu Kamerei 😩Please sell it in Utsunomiya too 😭. Hitomebore 100%, Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 15%. It was introduced to me as dry, but my wife said it wasn't too spicy😅It's hard to find a favorite 🤔I found it a little spicy and well-balanced sake for me 😊Thanks for the treat 🙏. Tomorrow night against Croatia... hope I can watch 😅

I always open about 5 bottles and enjoy them while sipping and comparing, so I have 4 more bottles left to drink in 2 months... I was trying to buy a sake that my wife likes, so I asked the clerk to pick up some recommendations in the "dry" and "dry" categories 😊Kikusen's Special Junmai. Hard look that I wouldn't buy if it wasn't promoted 😆. Yamada Nishiki, Toyonishiki, 60% rice polishing ratio, alcohol content between 15 and 16 degrees C. I forgot what it tasted like 2 months ago, but it tasted spicier🤔It was refreshingly dry😊Basically, my wife and I have the same taste buds, but we can't agree on how spicy sake is... 😅Difference between sake drinkers and non-sake drinkers? I guess that's the difference between a sake drinker and a non-sake drinker? 😅That was delicious! Thanks for the food 🙏.

First update in 2 months since my stomach got sick💦. Sparkling redwings! I remember jumping on the bandwagon and thinking it was expensive😅. It's made from 100% Ginga Ginga, 50% polished rice, 13% alcohol. I thought as I wrote it, Gingin Ginga is so Galaxy? I opened the bottle and drank it 🤭 and left it open for almost 2 months so of course it was gassy 😭I remember it tasted good with gas and without 🤣galactic experience 👍Thanks for the treat 🙏.

October 1 is Sake Day⁉ Why? 😅 I drank the Kaze no Mori Hanabi one in August so I got the Shinmasa Midori one 😊100% Misato Nishiki, 50% rice polishing ratio, 13% alcohol by volume. The label says it has a fragrance reminiscent of ripe kiwi, yuzu, and mint, but I have no idea what it is 🤣 maybe I have a stupid tongue... 😫The acidity is low for Shinsei, and the clarity is clear? It's a thick sake with a refreshing umami flavor 😋Savory! Thank you for the food 💪.

I was honestly planning to go through with it 😅 Senkou "UA Launching Fireworks". I went to Kashiwajisan to buy a dry sake for my wife after the typhoon, but they still had some left 😳 However, when I looked closer, I found a four-pack sparkling bottle with a crown stopper💦There was a four-pack Akabu sparkling bottle with a crown stopper in the fridge, so I had two bottles to drink at once. I asked the waiter about it and he said it would be hard to drink two bottles at once. The clerk told me that there is a plastic stopper inside the crown stopper and if I open it slowly so that the crown doesn't bend when I open it, I can close it again 😆 Seriously 😳I'm going to buy it 🤭! Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice, 14% alcohol. Sparkling with the image of a large flower looking up at the summer night sky...... I don't know🤣Dry sparkling sake with a hint of sourness😊I closed the crown stopper again and it was still carbonated on the second day👍The shopkeeper said "3 or 4 days...". The waiter said, "It may lose its carbonation after 3 or 4 days, but it will still taste good and you can enjoy the change in taste even after the carbonation is gone👍" 😁I finished it in 2 days🤣That was delicious! Autumn Agari means "sake that has matured moderately in the fall, resulting in increased flavor and improved sake quality"🤔 So if the flavor drops, does that mean it's Autumn Sagari? 🤣🤣(｀｀∩)↑age↑tekke ⤴🕺☝️ 100% sake-making compliant rice, 15% alcohol by volume, 55% rice polishing ratio. The name "橙海" is read as "TOUMI". I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy it without looking at the price. I got it, but I didn't look at the price, it's rather expensive 💦Heeee... It is made from 100% Sake Mirai from Yamagata Prefecture, with 50% polished rice, and 16% alcohol. AONORI JUICY LAB Peach🍑 from Hachinohe Brewery in Mutsu Hachisen A sparred fruit wine made with Aomori peaches. It is light with 3% alcohol content and is a carbonated peach juice 🤣. Utsunomiya Terrace is a new facility built at the east exit of JR Utsunomiya. I had to stop at a free parking lot for 30 minutes or less after delivering a product due to work-related reasons✋Well, I'm not interested in most things, so I was just taking a quick look around and saw a liquor store 😳"Shimada Sake Shop"...I had never heard of it, so I asked about it later and found out that it is a liquor store in Kanuma 😊It seems they sell mainly local sake from within the prefecture. I was so excited to see the shop. I was looking for a bottle to commemorate my visit and I picked up a bottle of 🎊Kagoshima 🤣. Yamada Nishiki, 50% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. It is sweet and delicious and went well with the low temperature cooked liver sashimi I had at the time 👍Tensuke is delicious👍Thank you 👍Thank you 🙏. I want to eat liver sashimi 😩.
