I feel that I prefer summer sake in a boar cup rather than a Burgundy glass...strange 🤭I think that most sake in a Burgundy glass has a strong bitter taste 🤔. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, the alcohol content is 14%, and the black malted rice is used for the second fermentation sparkling in the bottle. Mashidaya San's twitter introduced it as full of sweetness, but it's a little dry 😅sour and slightly effervescent nigori...it's refreshing 😊That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
