I'm chape, preaching my love for Tochigi but putting off Tochigi sake 😂I visited Sekiguchi San, a new sake store, and they were mainly dealing with Tochigi sake, so I welcomed the "figure" of new Tochigi sake.
Gohyakumangoku, Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 15.8 deg.
It is an active nigori sake. It's been a hot day, so it's nice to enjoy it with ice. It is nigori sake, so it has a strong rice flavor and was very crisp and tasty. Thank you very much for your kindness 🙏.
