The gaseous sensation gradually subsides...the aroma is reminiscent of pears and muscat. Yes ❕It tastes like a lightened version of the Sanzu 🤭I enjoyed the change between the first and the last glass, with different bubbles and oily sensations 😁. ことりI was looking forward to seeing the ultra-ancient method of white malted rice brewing 🤗It's ecological, with only minimal information specified, and dressed to resemble a clothing tag!
The lactic acidity is exactly what you would expect from Sentori. It also has a honey lemon-like sweet and sour taste that comes up to the throat with a slight apple, banana, yellow peach, and tangerine syrupiness, and the feeling of cute and deliciousness will melt your heart. After swallowing, it is softly present with sweet and bitter acidity and umami.
Although the alcohol content is 12%, the expressive and deep acidity is hidden, and the sake is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is sake, making the cup go down smoothly.

Purchased in mid-March and tasted for the first time in almost 3 months.
The silky gas that was fresh and slightly carbonated immediately after shipping is more slightly carbonated. The gas feeling became almost imperceptible with each pour, but the mellow flavor and deliciousness of the ginjo aroma and ripe muscat flavor is a definite delicacy. When I added two ice cubes, the schwarziness came back a little to stick to the glass, and the astringency and acidity were also delicious 🥰. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Kotori!

I somehow stopped by a liquor store and had a hard time deciding between clear sake and sparkling, but I chose sparkling.

The first time I opened the cork...and closed it...repeatedly...15 minutes...gorgeous ginjo aroma...dry and highly carbonated 🫧...alu-feeling strong for a sparkling wine? 😵💫 not too sweet, like a fine sweet sake 😋3 days later, as the gas weakens, it gets sweeter and sweeter, like a delicious sweet sake made with ginjo sake lees 😋.

When you open the bottle quietly, you will be enchanted by the fine bubbles, semi-darkness and slight effervescence, the fruitiness as if you ate muscat with its peel, the refreshing acidity and sweetness. The balance of flavors is exquisite, gorgeous, and elegant.

When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred at once with a gopopo while the oriels at the bottom are loosened!
On the first day, the impression is slightly dry with a strong sense of gas.
When the oli is mixed, it has a subtle sweetness and umami of rice, a slight bitterness, and a nice lemony acidity 🥰.

It's full of strawberry crushes. I think it's good for after-dinner dessert drink. It was sweet and sour and delicious even if you arrange it over vanilla ice cream 🥰. ことりWhen opening the bottle, it is discreetly sipped.
On the third day, the sizzling feeling disappeared and the taste became a little stronger. I would like to try the other RoMs. nabeHello.

I was standing side by side with the once-a-year special Hanazono from the same brewery, but I chose the Loman because of the alcohol content and the beautiful label ✨.
