I was looking forward to seeing the ultra-ancient method of white malted rice brewing 🤗It's ecological, with only minimal information specified, and dressed to resemble a clothing tag! The lactic acidity is exactly what you would expect from Sentori. It also has a honey lemon-like sweet and sour taste that comes up to the throat with a slight apple, banana, yellow peach, and tangerine syrupiness, and the feeling of cute and deliciousness will melt your heart. After swallowing, it is softly present with sweet and bitter acidity and umami. Although the alcohol content is 12%, the expressive and deep acidity is hidden, and the sake is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is sake, making the cup go down smoothly. This is the third bottle of Mida Wine Cellar this season. Purchased in mid-March and tasted for the first time in almost 3 months. The silky gas that was fresh and slightly carbonated immediately after shipping is more slightly carbonated. The gas feeling became almost imperceptible with each pour, but the mellow flavor and deliciousness of the ginjo aroma and ripe muscat flavor is a definite delicacy. When I added two ice cubes, the schwarziness came back a little to stick to the glass, and the astringency and acidity were also delicious 🥰.

On your recommendation, posture. I somehow stopped by a liquor store and had a hard time deciding between clear sake and sparkling, but I chose sparkling. A gushing 🌋 cautionary note reminding me to do so: ❗️ The first time I opened the cork...and closed it...repeatedly...15 minutes...gorgeous ginjo aroma...dry and highly carbonated 🫧...alu-feeling strong for a sparkling wine? 😵‍💫 not too sweet, like a fine sweet sake 😋3 days later, as the gas weakens, it gets sweeter and sweeter, like a delicious sweet sake made with ginjo sake lees 😋. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15.8

This is my second review of Mida's wine cellar 🥂 which was highly praised in the reviews for the record! Mid-March When I first tasted it, I was impressed by how delicious it tasted, as if it were sake too✨. Sparkling with "refreshing acidity and fruity ripe sweetness, with the elegant texture typical of sake and the tenderness of rice." I gave one bottle as a gift to an acquaintance who doesn't drink much sake 🎁 and bought two more for myself 🥰 I want to drink it again!

It is a seasonal sparkling type sake brewed with wine yeast. When you open the bottle quietly, you will be enchanted by the fine bubbles, semi-darkness and slight effervescence, the fruitiness as if you ate muscat with its peel, the refreshing acidity and sweetness. The balance of flavors is exquisite, gorgeous, and elegant. Oh, it's so delicious! The silky gas from the secondary fermentation in the bottle and the delicious taste of rice make me feel like I am drinking sake. I want to drink it again.

Nice to meet you😊Thanks for the rice...it's delicious freshly pressed. Personally, I think it would have been good to try aging it for a longer period of time. Activated Nigori Sake When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred at once with a gopopo while the oriels at the bottom are loosened! On the first day, the impression is slightly dry with a strong sense of gas. When the oli is mixed, it has a subtle sweetness and umami of rice, a slight bitterness, and a nice lemony acidity 🥰. Like a smoothie with condensed milk and strawberries🍓. It's full of strawberry crushes. I think it's good for after-dinner dessert drink. It was sweet and sour and delicious even if you arrange it over vanilla ice cream 🥰.

Delicate bubbles from secondary fermentation in the bottle 🫧. Fluffy and gently fruity aroma. The label is pink, but I don't think it's sweet 🙂 Day 3: As the gas weakens, it starts to taste a little sweet and delicious. Sake meter (sake meter): -0.5 Acidity ... 1.4 Alcohol content...13%.

I'm chape, preaching my love for Tochigi but putting off Tochigi sake 😂I visited Sekiguchi San, a new sake store, and they were mainly dealing with Tochigi sake, so I welcomed the "figure" of new Tochigi sake. Gohyakumangoku, Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 15.8 deg. It is an active nigori sake. It's been a hot day, so it's nice to enjoy it with ice. It is nigori sake, so it has a strong rice flavor and was very crisp and tasty. Thank you very much for your kindness 🙏. Tochigi Ai ♥
