First time in幻舞🎉First time in Aishan🎊.
I went to Kenmoku San to look for some Gemmai, and they had a few, so I chose this pink one that looked like it was a limited edition 😊.
I thought it had an unusual name, but Kenmoku's wife told me it was "Aizan's i" 🤭.
Aizan, 55% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume.
The toji is Ms. Mariko Chino. I have not had a female toji since 😳Amami 😁My first impression of Aizan is that it has a strong sweetness! I opened another Aizan along with this one and compared them, but both of them had sweetness in the front, so I wonder if Aizan is characterized by sweetness? 🤔This was a delicious saké with unique rice! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Good evening, chape 🌙😄
First time in Genmai & first time in Aizan ㊗️🎉.
I was wondering about this pink label 😄.
It doesn't look like Genmai to me! Aizan i too (lol).
Looks sweet and delicious 😋 ♫

Good evening, Tsubu-chan🌝🌙
I certainly didn't realize the label was so different from the other Genmai until Kenmoku San recommended it to me 💦.
I've had a lot of summer sake with a strong sour taste, so the sweet one tastes great 😉.

Mr. chape, I recently tried Genmai for the first time and it is so delicious that I am getting addicted to it 😋.
It's not related to Genmai, but...
I'll be at a remote offline meeting on 7/15 and I'd appreciate your participation.

I can't say for sure, but I'll be there if I can 😁I'm too weak to drink much though 🤣.
