It has more sweetness and strength. This is delicious as well.
Yamana Sake Brewery had a festival last week. I wanted to go. But it's too far from my parents' house 😅.
Well, I went to Nakameguro during the day for my first bread activity in a while. I'm glad that the bread is small and reasonably priced so I can buy a lot of it. There was obviously a daddy's girl at the eat-in and I stared at her 🤣.

Yes, it's Dakoh 🥯 there were many different types of bread and everyone was buying heaps 🥪.
