In June, I opened a bottle of "Fuzan Tobori" produced by La Jomon, which my husband is chasing. It uses yeast No. 6. This is the second year that the brewery has outsourced the brewing to Wakanoi Sake Brewing Co. in Iide-machi, Yamagata Prefecture, which steams rice in a "wagamama. The website says that the taste can be renewed year by year. The first sip is white wine ‼️ The acidity is distinctive. It seems dry on its own, but it is versatile and goes well with all kinds of snacks✨. I like it either chilled or a little looser in temperature😊❤️ This was a delicious drink👍
