The last bottle of June was Okuroku's White beach, not the one I drank on June 9, of course😅.
This one has a gentle whey feeling when you drink it. Chilli mouthfeel and a refreshing bitterness at the end. This is a delicious and gentle sake 😆💕OkuRoku, you really keep serving us more and more delicious sake, it's amazing✨✨.

Hi Hiro, Good evening 😃This is a tough one 💦but I personally liked Lotus the best with its sweet and sour spring sake tenderness 😋This White beach is a lactic acid type, crisp and perfect for summer. Unite, the first one I came across, is a big-boned type.
