A refreshing and tasty drink with the acidity of white grapes. The sweetness is a little subdued, but it is gentle and not spicy.
The alcohol is strong, but it is dangerous because it tastes so good without making you feel it.
I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot).
Rather than being refreshing, the drink was a bit thick and had a hint of sweetness. It seemed to be a little alcoholic at 17 degrees alcohol by volume.
In honor of Gundam's Black Triple Star, I had a glass of this one. I think the sourness and bitterness stand out. The bitterness of the vinegared sea cucumber softens the characteristics and enhances the taste. It was an enjoyable sake with a flavor that changed dramatically depending on the accompaniment!
The whole rice is made from "Ginbukiyuki" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and the moromi is carefully grown at a low temperature.
Sake rice is Ginbukietsu, the rice polishing ratio is 60%, and the yeast is undisclosed.
Served well chilled ✨
It has a fresh aroma with a strong acidity 😆.
It is characterized by acidity and umami with a full-bodied, heavy flavor as you drink it, even though you think it is light 🤤.
I paired it with sumi squid sashimi. The sweetness of the squid is outstanding and goes well with sake👍.
The palate is robust and sweet, with a slight tanginess in the mid-palate. The aftertaste is also heavy and acidic. It was unopened, but maybe I let it sit a little too long...?
Original form of rice milling that evolved from flattened rice milling.
Slightly effervescent. Very juicy and beautifully finished with 60% Yamadanishiki. Very tasty.
Raw freshness
Good flavor and sharpness
