The lid is a fizzy carbonated version, so I was really into it, but it wasn't carbonated to the point of blowing out. However, there is a good amount of carbonation when you drink it. It is a fruity sake with a relatively rice-like flavor, which makes the drink go down a treat.
It is a sake that is easy to drink, even for sake beginners. Kangiku is a definite choice. TURBOThe yellowish color was very beautiful, as it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and the taste was mellow and drinkable, despite the high alcohol content.
The sweetness and umami of the rice is deep and rich.
