The lid is a fizzy carbonated version, so I was really into it, but it wasn't carbonated to the point of blowing out. However, there is a good amount of carbonation when you drink it. It is a fruity sake with a relatively rice-like flavor, which makes the drink go down a treat.
It is a sake that is easy to drink, even for sake beginners. Kangiku is a definite choice. TURBOThe yellowish color was very beautiful, as it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and the taste was mellow and drinkable, despite the high alcohol content.
The sweetness and umami of the rice is deep and rich.
The taste tightened up when ice was added, which was also delicious.

This brand is made in cooperation with Sake Ouen-dan, a sake brewing and sales promotion company.
This sake was a low-alcohol type, but the taste was robust. It had a gorgeous aroma and tasted like grapes. The aftertaste is sour and sweet like amazake.
The liquor store chose this sake because it goes well with BBQ. The fruity difference is certainly a good match for meat with BBQ sauce. It was a very good sake.
