I heard that Kangiku has started nigori-gori (cloudy sake) this year. Well, of course Kangiku's nigori is delicious. It tastes like adult Calpis. The lid is a fizzy carbonated version, so I was really into it, but it wasn't carbonated to the point of blowing out. However, there is a good amount of carbonation when you drink it. It is a fruity sake with a relatively rice-like flavor, which makes the drink go down a treat. It is a sake that is easy to drink, even for sake beginners. Kangiku is a definite choice.

The yellowish color was very beautiful, as it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and the taste was mellow and drinkable, despite the high alcohol content. The sweetness and umami of the rice is deep and rich. The taste tightened up when ice was added, which was also delicious. We hope for the recovery of the affected areas. Yoshida Brewery was originally the "Kikuyu" brand, but in 2008 they joined the Shimada Group and introduced the "Amenuri" brand. As a sake aiming for the world, the taste seems to have changed a lot from local sake. The taste was juicy and sour, which is typical of nigori sake. It is quite fruity and easy to drink. I think it is a very high quality sake.

Shiroro Taruzu, SPLENDIDA, which I drank before, was very good, and this is a fire-aged version of it. Personally, I often like the taste of sake made with Snow Goddess, and I have high expectations for this one. The aroma is nice, but I don't think the acidity is that strong when you drink it. It just has a sweet and fruity taste. It tastes a little like drinking yogurt, and it's like a refreshing version of that. The lady at the liquor store told me that "Snow Goddess sake is elegant, noble, and delicious," and we had a great conversation. It is not too sour and not tropical fruit-like and gorgeous, but I think many people like it. It is very delicious.

Last 3 drinks at Kuwabara Shoten, Gotanda Sake brewed with my favorite ❤️ Aizan! And yet it's a classic mizu-hashiroshi! I wonder how it is finished... Let's get started! Second cup at Kuwabara Shoten, Gotanda Sogen Samurai Prince Late but supportive drink 📣Noto sake It's been a long time since the earthquake, but I finally found the Noto sake I was interested in. The aroma was of rich grain. The taste is as expected, with umami at the forefront, with sweetness, acidity and bitterness, but the umami is overwhelmingly present! We only have one day to stay in Tokyo, so we will be moving in force. First, we ordered the famous beef stew and hoppy at Asakusa's famous izakaya "Sho-chan"! A perfect marriage of the two 👍! Then, we moved to Gotanda and went to "Kuwabara Shoten" which was introduced in Kazuhiko Ota's "Burari Tabi". It's nice that they offer cash-on-delivery and clear accounting. We started with Beau Michel's Snow Fantasy in Summer. A lactobacillus drink indeed! I like the sweetness in the sourness. I also like the low alcohol content of the summer drink. I drank it all in one gulp!

The mountains are a place where there is no sake all year round. It is a once-in-a-lifetime sake that you will never encounter the same flavor. The one thing they all have in common is that they are very strong. This time, the sake was originally intended to be hi-ire, but since the taste was ready, it was served as nama sake. When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma and my expectations were high that it would be fruity. The taste of rice was stronger than I expected, and the sweetness of the sake was restrained. It tastes like the sake that is generally imagined. It is an interestingly different taste from the Yamama I had before. I guess it is somewhat common to say that it is a strong sake as well. The name of this brand is "AGEO", which means "osake from Ageo" in Saitama. This brand is made in cooperation with Sake Ouen-dan, a sake brewing and sales promotion company. This sake was a low-alcohol type, but the taste was robust. It had a gorgeous aroma and tasted like grapes. The aftertaste is sour and sweet like amazake. The liquor store chose this sake because it goes well with BBQ. The fruity difference is certainly a good match for meat with BBQ sauce. It was a very good sake. Purchased from Kuwabara Shoten

This was my first try at nigori sake. Fresh and effervescent, with a mellow aroma that does not go too far, a rich umami and full-bodied flavor, and a sense of rice sweetness. There may have been a hint of apple flavor. In summary, it was very tasty and I would definitely drink it again. I could taste the sweetness of the rice and it almost reminded me of a dish or pastry my grandmother used to make for me back home. The unrefined flavor must have stimulated my memory. I would like to try a dobrok soon.
