I think I've been sipping this Omachi type flavor a lot lately.
It's sweet, juicy, and tends to be my favorite flavor!
I thought it was strange that it had a sticky volume (fullness of flavor) even though it was raw, and when I was researching it, I found out that it was bottled from unfiltered, unpasteurized raw sake that was pressed and then aged at low temperatures for six months in its "raw" state. Interesting!
Ah, the happiness of drinking good sake today.
