Wow, yum!
The taste and aroma, the acidity and umami, the sweetness and spiciness, the freshness of raw sake and the viscous, ripe sweetness. It's not that any of the elements are sharp, it's that they all coexist so well!
So the concept of Futaba is the same as the Lexus (car) design concept of "Ni-Ritsu-So-Sei" = "fusion of two opposites"!
And then there's the "change" of time and temperature.
It's amazing. Genius!
I've scored this on a 5-point scale of preference, and this is a 5.1. That's an update on my #1 favorite degree!
