Timeline
KumakichiI was able to buy a bottle of this new product released in 2025 from my favorite company, Kangiku, so I opened the bottle immediately.
Kangiku Meizo Hazy Moon-2025 Junmai Daiginjo Oorigarami
A bottle made from Fukuoka Prefecture's Jugemu rice suitable for sake brewing!
The father is Yamada-Nishiki and the mother is Yume-Ichikyo, a crossbreed of sake rice that is commonly grown in the Kyushu region.
The taste was well-balanced with a beautiful sweetness, a refreshingly smooth acidity, and a moderate bitterness!
Among the Kangiku series, I had the impression that the lingering acidity was particularly enjoyable for a long time! It is so delicious that we hope it will become an annual staple! KumakichiMy favorite Aiyama season is almost over.
Since I can't miss Kangiku's Aizan 50 every year, I opened a bottle as soon as I bought it!
This year, I was under the impression that it had a refreshingly hard taste, but it was delicious and enjoyable!
It might have been better if I let it sit for a while.
flos_lingua_estThe first time I thought it was the first time, I thought it was the first time, but it was the hanging mouth of Kuroryu, which I also drank last year. The one I hadn't had was Kutouryuu no Dorokuchi. I have never encountered this sake in stores that carry it. I remember drinking it at Sushi Saito, but...
This time I bought a 300ml bottle. ...It was so melon when I poured it into the glass! And when you drink it, it's still melon! The melon is stronger than Yonesuru Kappa! I really like the aroma!
Fresh, juicy, dry sake with a strong flavor. It's so delicious! I like this flavor very much! Clearly better than the one I had last year...
I personally think that the 300ml is easier to understand and tastier, as was the case with the Kuroryu Autumn Sake I drank the year before last. It is often said that the taste is a little different between 1 sho (1800ml) and 4 gou (720ml), but even 300ml can have a distinctly different taste. I have never bought it in 1-sho bottles, so I don't know, maybe it's just a coincidence. KumakichiWe had a chance to have NEXT5's sake in a row, so we also opened a bottle of Yuki no Bijin's new sake!
This was another bottle with a freshness that was refreshing and crisp, just like a fresh sake! flos_lingua_estI had tasted Kame-no-o before and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to try it again someday, but now that it is directly pumped, I have no choice but to drink it, right?
The aroma is melon at first, and then pineapple.
I thought it would be a bit of a sizzle since it was directly pumped, but it was very moist and I honestly couldn't tell much of the directly pumped flavor. But it was delicious, so it was all right!
I think Toyo Bijin's sense of balance lies in the fact that it is sweet but not just a juice, which is typical of sake.
For some reason, many people have the impression that this kind of sake is harsh, but Toyo Bijin does not have that impression at all!
I am always amazed that Toyo Bijin can offer such a great taste for such a low price of 1,650 yen. Personally, I always find it more useful as a sake that is sure to be enjoyed with others than by myself. KumakichiKawanakajima Genmai's Aizan, released once a year, was ready to drink this year!
When I see on SNS that it is on sale, I go to two liquor stores that carry it, and this time I was able to buy one of the last two bottles!
I was able to enjoy the sweetness, acidity, umami, bitterness, and drinkable flavor that is typical of Aizan! AAJIThe one I was able to obtain was a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, raw sake of Miyamanishiki. It had a soft aroma and taste. I would like to try Aizan's Genmai someday 😀. KumakichiI've been hard at work since the beginning of the year, and although I've been drinking sake, I haven't been able to post anything, so I'm posting this all together.
The fourth bottle is Yamamoto No. 6 Yeast
This is another annual bottle! Yamamoto Shuzo brewed this one using yeast No. 6, and it was pleasant to drink with a clear and transparent flavor and acidity! KumakichiI've been hard at work since the beginning of the year, and although I've been drinking sake, I haven't been able to post anything, so I'm posting this all together.
The second bottle is Kuroryu Doroguchi.
This one is a must have every year!
I love the taste of Kuroryu, which has a deliciously clean taste, but it also tastes as if it has a tender, sweet flavor.
I heard a rumor that it was sold out, but when I found it, it was a must-buy! ma-ki-Hello, Kumakichi.
Thank you very much for your hard work🍀.
I am relieved to hear that you have been drinking 😃.
I had this one for the first time this year and it was delicious 😋.
It would be a real shame if it is sold out 😥. KumakichiHello, ma-ki-. Thank you for your comment. I just checked and found out that Kuroryu Jungin Doroguchi will be sold out this time........................too bad................, としちゃんChrysanthemum chrysanthemum
Rice Juice
Shuashua and sweetness
Well balanced
Delicious! としちゃんWhen I visited Masujin-san
I discovered
I didn't know Mr. Yamamoto was a motorcycle rider!
His daughter recently bought a motorcycle
and is addicted to touring.
I was interested in buying one!
I heard it can't claim to be junmai sake.
but it tastes more than Junmai.
Not much aroma.
After a little bitterness
After a little bitterness, the delicious taste of rice spreads
There is no aftertaste.
The label on the sake bottle reads "Don't drink it!
The label on the bottle
The label on the sake bottle had a strong impact and I was attracted to it. KumakichiKangiku's Hashu Honor, which is released at the end of each year, was available again this year!
I mean, since it is released consecutively from Hakuginkai to Ginkai to Aizan to 39, there were still some left at some stores even at the beginning of the year, as if they had not run out of sales wholesale!
Hashu Honor is one of my five favorite Kangiku bottles, so it's nice to be able to buy it without worry! It was very fruity and exquisite! KumakichiThe last of the four Aizan bottles from the end of last year, Pray for2024 Aizan 40 by Kangiku Meikozo.
The last one was the Kangiku 40, the last one was the Kuraku, the last one was the Kamonishiki, the last one was the Aizan 40, the last one was the Kangiku 40....
The sweetness and flavor of Kangiku's sake was combined with a pleasant acidity! KumakichiThen a reminder of the drinks I had at the end of the year
Kawanakajima Genmai Hitogokochi Special Junmai
This is a fresh and fresh bottle!
This may be my first Hitogochochi Kawanakajima Genmai!
It was delicious with a refreshing acidity and clean taste! KumakichiThe third bottle of the New Year was a bottle of Miyamanishiki from Kawanakajima Genmai!
It is one of my favorite fruity bottles, and the freshness of the freshly squeezed flavor made it easy to drink!
It is one of my favorite fruity bottles, but the freshness of the freshly pressed bottle made it easy to drink!
KumakichiHappy New Year!
I couldn't post very often during the New Year's holidays because I had a lot to drink if it's noon, so I posted while standing in line for the first sale!
On New Year's Day, after the date changed, I made a toast with a bottle of zodiac sign of two hares, which is typical at the beginning of the year!
Ni-Rabbit Zodiac Sign Bottle 2025 SNAKE & RABBIT Junmai Ginjo Manzai 55
The golden snake and rabbit label is cute and New Year's Eve-esque! This was my first time to try Manzai sake rice, and it was delicious with its rich flavor and acidity! ma-ki-Happy New Year, Kumakichi 🎍.
Thank you very much for your support during the old year🍀.
What a fitting New Year's offering for the zodiac bottle: ⤴️
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇. KumakichiHappy New Year, ma-ki!
I was able to spend the New Year's Eve and New Year's Holidays slowly enjoying drinks and relaxing. I envy you, your taco party looks so delicious & enjoyable! I look forward to working with you again in the New Year. KumakichiThe long-awaited Hakuginoumi by Kangiku Meikozo
Every year I drink it all up in an instant and can't compare it with Ginkai, so this year I got two bottles!
This year it was a little less sweet, but I still liked the taste and it was delicious! KumakichiThis year's annual sale of this item is now open!
We drink a variety of doburoku, but this is one that is enjoyable with its low alcohol content, mashiness, and sweet schwarziness!
It is especially recommended for those who are not good at drinking sake because they can enjoy the sweet-savory taste of rice! KumakichiCalpis for adults who want to drink it once in a while
Sanuki Kuraudei
A bottle with a low alcohol content of 6%, but with a direct bite of the sweetness of the rice.
It is also delicious to drink! フニャコ2024/10 Because out of grade rice is used, it cannot be named sake with a specific name and is treated as ordinary sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
