This is the banana yeast that got me hooked on drinking Abuno Tsuru.
I found it! A banana yeast sake! So I went out and bought some "Koisuru Bananas"!
It's New Year's, so there's a lot of humor in this (laughs).
(laughs) When I drank the sake alone, it was a bit harsh because it had a chemical feel like banana ice cream, but when I combined it with Camembert cheese, it turned into something else!
It turned into an adult dessert flavor like a dessert fruit cheese. The world of sake can be transformed by marrying it with food. It's really interesting ^_^!
