As it gets closer to room temperature, the sourness disappears and it turns creamy like a condensed milk strawberry, which is also delicious🍓
The 30th prefecture on the sake map was ❄️Oze no Yukikake❄️, which is a lucky charm for the new year and has a 39% polish.
