Oh my! At first sip, it's as clear as spring water!
It's quite a clear and light sake, so I decided to follow the rule of sake and food, "clear for clear," and paired it with sushi on the second day🍣.
Here it is! It's amazing! It's transformed!
It goes great with crispy nigiri like white fish! It's transformed into a beautiful sake that gently complements the food without interfering with the flavor of the fish!
It's also reasonably priced at 1200 yen for a junta!
