Izakaya Shinkansen opens on the way back from a business trip to Morioka. The name "Iwate" means "Akabu" in Japanese. The clerk who bought it said that Akabu is a famous sake that sells well even in the local area without saying a word. It is a beautiful sake with a refreshing sweetness that disappears without a hitch. It is delicious without any unwanted flavors. Steamed hoya and grilled squid were served as snacks. Two people could afford a four-pack of sake in the two and a half hours it took to get to Tokyo. On the contrary, the drinkability of Akabu made it so easy to drink that it ran out quickly and we had to add a can of beer.

父の日プレゼントではなかったですが、 4月にようやく入手して、 いつ飲もうかタイミングを見計らって父の日になりました。 なので、 待望の初・飛露喜を九平次に続き開栓。 香りはそこまで無く、口に入れると 僅かに甘さはあり、甘過ぎず 苦味と酸味のバランスが絶妙。 キレもあって料理に合わせやすい。 美味い。流石に評判通りの美味さです。 モダン系ではないが、 辛口でもなく、クラシックとも違う。 素晴らしい、バランス系のお酒という感じ。 美味過ぎ、幸せすぎて九平次ともすぐに空になってしまいました。

At Niigata Station Ponshukan from a business trip to Niigata. I was curious about another Shinkansen drink, Sour forest. This one lived up to its reputation, It is sweet and sour with a gaseous taste, It was just like an adult's calpis soda. The difference from the previous soda, Sasazukuri, was quite dramatic. It is gentle and easy to drink, I recommend this brand for relaxing and for first-time drinkers. My colleague who was with me also enjoyed the Mori brewed by Sasazuku, It is so delicious that it is dangerous to drink it without any hesitation, It is very tasty and dangerous to drink it too fast.
