I thought the Mimuro cedar spring sake looked delicious, so I got it. As the name "Hana-kyun" suggests, it has a gorgeous aroma. When I poured it into a glass, it had a nice nigori effervescence. When I drank it, I thought the sweetness would stand out, But when I drank it, I thought the sweetness was more pronounced, but the taste was rich with a nice sourness. Is this carbonated? The fizz is so strong that you would think it was carbonated. The fizziness makes it easy to drink. This is a bad wine. It is delicious. I can't miss Mimuro Sugi, after all. It is one of my favorite brands.

I got a bottle of Yoshida Kura-u sake. I was hesitant to choose "Gohyakumangoku", but I went for "Ishikawamon", which I like. It goes smoothly in the mouth. It is soft and tasteless. The low alcohol content combined with a slight sparkle gives it a gentle impression. It is not too sweet and goes well with food. Yoshida Kurau is good after all. It is delicious.

The last of the New Year's sake is Tazake. I bought it in September and had been accumulating it in bed for a long time. I endured wasting space in the fridge and my wife's complaints, I finally opened the bottle on New Year's Day. It has a gorgeous sweet aroma typical of junmai ginjo.
