The smell is odorless.
When you put it in your mouth, the sourness spreads quickly and the taste is bitter,
It has a bitter taste. Almost no sweetness,
It is a classic dry sake.
It does not leave a strong impression when drunk chilled,
When drunk at room temperature or lukewarm, it has a slightly umami taste of rice, which is better than when drunk chilled.
It is not so good on its own,
It is better to drink it with some dishes.
