It has been a while since I found a white label and ran to get it.
I hadn't been able to get it recently,
It had been sitting in my fridge for a while, too good to drink.
When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma.
The balance of sourness and sweetness is exquisite.
It is delicious. You can really enjoy it forever.
It is good either by itself or with a meal.
I've had a lot of tasyu, but I think this one is my favorite so far,
I have had many kinds of tazake, but I think I like this white label the best so far.
I recently watched a video on SakeLabo,
Nishida Sake Brewery in a video on SakeLabo.
I enjoyed watching it.
