Gokotsuru is my favorite brand. This is my first time to try Gohyakumangoku, I was told by the waiter that Gokozuru is the sharpest brand I was told by the waiter that Gohyakumangoku has the best sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste and bitterness, and it is crisp and tasty. It goes well with dark dishes, such as stir-fried eggplant with pork and miso. Yakitori (grilled chicken) is also good. The sake shop says that Jungin brewed with Gohyakumangoku is dry. because it is made with dry sake, It was a good sake that I would like to try others. I would like to try other sake as well.

I got a bottle of Yamama, which I had wanted to drink for a long time. It is an aged Junmai Daiginjo. We gave it to him as a late Father's Day present. The lid made a nice popping sound and the aroma was very elegant and gorgeous. The aroma is gorgeous. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu that has been stored and matured at minus temperature for 3 years. The sweetness spread to the palate. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads and gradually fades away with bitterness, It gradually fades away with bitterness without leaving any aftertaste. It is very delicious. The word "rich and juicy" might be the right word. I paired it with sashimi and sweet-and-sour chicken, but it can also be enjoyed on its own. My father's evaluation was good and I am glad I bought it. I would like to try other specs.
