It's been a long time since I've seen Koei Kiku, and this is my first time to see Halcyon.
The opening of the bottle was indeed Koei Chrysanthemum, and the lid flew off.
The mouthfeel has a wooden vat feeling,
It has a strong citrusy acidity and sweetness,
gas,
gas and gradually disappears with the bitterness that appears.
It is delicious.
As always, delicious,
A refreshing sake perfect for this time of the year.
