I drank this bottle when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon Festival. It is brewed with all rice and 90% polished rice. It was brewed in its natural state. It was quite a struggle to open the bottle. When I opened it, there was not much aroma, But when you sip it, it has sweetness and strong acidity, It is rich and quite peculiar. When I drank it cold, my father said, "It tastes like medicine, It tastes like medicine," he said. On the other hand, when I drank it on the rocks, It tastes more rounded and refreshing, It tastes better on the rocks. After the second day, it becomes rounder and easier to drink, but my personal impression is that it is a controversial sake.

Drank it at a corner shop of Sakamoto Shoten in front of Morioka Station, It was so good that I bought it. It has a well-balanced taste with some sweetness and acidity, It has a refreshing taste. It is not too sweet, but has a sharpness and a short aftertaste. It is a sake that does not interfere with food. It goes down smoothly like a summer sake, It was delicious. My wife gave me a summer edition of a sake cup as a Father's Day present. I was grateful for the sake cup. I made my debut on this day with gratitude.

The clerk who bought it said that Akabu is a famous sake that sells well even in the local area without saying a word. It is a beautiful sake with a refreshing sweetness that disappears without a hitch. It is delicious without any unwanted flavors. Steamed hoya and grilled squid were served as snacks. Two people could afford a four-pack of sake in the two and a half hours it took to get to Tokyo. On the contrary, the drinkability of Akabu made it so easy to drink that it ran out quickly and we had to add a can of beer.

父の日プレゼントではなかったですが、 4月にようやく入手して、 いつ飲もうかタイミングを見計らって父の日になりました。 なので、 待望の初・飛露喜を九平次に続き開栓。 香りはそこまで無く、口に入れると 僅かに甘さはあり、甘過ぎず 苦味と酸味のバランスが絶妙。 キレもあって料理に合わせやすい。 美味い。流石に評判通りの美味さです。 モダン系ではないが、 辛口でもなく、クラシックとも違う。 素晴らしい、バランス系のお酒という感じ。 美味過ぎ、幸せすぎて九平次ともすぐに空になってしまいました。
