日本酒じゃなくてすいません… 気になっていた好きな銘柄である、 田酒の焼酎を入手。 久々の米焼酎、 ジワーっと旨みが広がる。 ソーダ割が一番です。美味い。 日本酒の田酒とは違い、 フルーティー感はないが、 クセなくスッと入る。 30℃と高いけども、 スッキリと飲めるのがこの度数だそうです。 飲みたくなったらまた買います。

First Tottori sake. Good label design and high expectations. The aroma is strongly sweet. Pineapple-like sweetness and richness. The second half has a bitter taste and a long aftertaste. The flavor settles down after a few days. It is good. Personally, I think it is a sake to be enjoyed on its own rather than with a meal, I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed by itself rather than with a meal.

It has a tasty rice flavor with a hint of acidity, but it's clean and dry, It has a nice acidity, but it's also refreshingly dry, It is crisp and dry. The second and later glasses should be served lukewarm to super warm. The higher the temperature, the more the rice flavor and the sweeter it becomes, The higher the temperature, the sweeter the flavor of the rice and the more gentle it is when lukewarm, The higher the temperature, the more the sweetness of the rice comes out and the more it warms you up. I wanted to try a brand I had never had before, Banshu Ikkyo. When I opened the bottle and sipped it, I was surprised to find that it was as sweet as a melon, just like the label. It is truly delicious. Mimuro Cedar is my recent favorite.

過去2本飲んで美味し買ったので 今回は生酛純米を購入。 口に含むとマスカットの様な風味と甘み、 締めがドライな感じがあるからか、 サッパリとした飲み口。 美味い。料理とも合わせやすい。 冷酒と常温で試したがどちらも◎ リピートOKな1本なので次回は燗で飲みたい。 浦里、いいですね。

I drank this bottle when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon Festival. It is brewed with all rice and 90% polished rice. It was brewed in its natural state. It was quite a struggle to open the bottle. When I opened it, there was not much aroma, But when you sip it, it has sweetness and strong acidity, It is rich and quite peculiar. When I drank it cold, my father said, "It tastes like medicine, It tastes like medicine," he said. On the other hand, when I drank it on the rocks, It tastes more rounded and refreshing, It tastes better on the rocks. After the second day, it becomes rounder and easier to drink, but my personal impression is that it is a controversial sake.
