Koei Chrysanthemum after a long time. First time in the series and expect it to be a good one. The bottle was opened with the vigor typical of Koei Kiku. It did not have the woody flavor of Snoqualmie, When drunk, it has a weak fizziness and unlike other Koeikiku, it has more sweetness than sourness. This Seikai has a very good sense of balance between sweetness and sourness. Of course I like other Koeikiku and they are delicious, This one is very tasty as well. It is very light and can be drunk either by itself or with a meal.

I finally got my hands on one of the NEW versions of Sentori. The first shot is this retro. Although I also refer to your review, I can't help but imagine a classic type of flavor from this retro label. It tastes like a sour fruit in the mouth, It is sweet and sour like a sour fruit, and gradually becomes astringent. After the second day, the sweetness starts to appear, It also had a cementiness to it, I felt I could drink it more refreshingly. The low alcohol content also makes it easy to drink. I would like to try other series.

Purchased from SAKE SOIREE. This is another brand that I was interested in. I finally came across it and bought it. Purchased at SAKE SOIREE. I have always been curious about this brand. I was curious about Sanjoraku. We had it cold and warmed. It has a rich umami taste of rice that spreads quickly. It also had the acidity typical of Yamahai. I hadn't drank from the Romain series, I had not had any of the Mimuro Cedar Jun-Dai. As soon as I drank it, I muttered to myself that it was delicious. It was just as described on the label, clear and free of any unpleasant taste, The slight fizziness and the acidity that comes in the latter half of the bottle is very nice. The slight effervescence and the acidity that comes in the latter half are very nice. It goes down smoothly without interfering with the meal. If you are not careful, you will finish it in no time. Mimuro cedar is still delicious.

The second bottle for my father's birthday. This is the third consecutive year of Senkou Risshun Morning Squeeze. I would like to drink it on the day it is freshly pressed, But it is very difficult to do so. I am looking forward to drinking it after the Edo Eri. The aroma of the wooden vat.
