I drank Yamahai before and enjoyed it, I bought a bottle of Sanjoraku. I have always been curious, Matsu Midori S.tokyo in my hometown of Kanagawa. We met for the first time as a GW sake. I had always thought it was very sweet until last year's series, I was a little worried because I read your review that it was very sweet until last year's series. When I opened the bottle, I found it had a mild sweetness like honey, but it was not as sweet as I expected, There is also acidity, with the sweet and sour spreading out in a fluffy way, The sweet and acidity spreads out and disappears nicely. I applied for a reservation in February and have been sleeping on it. This is my first Kuheiji draft. I went to my parents' house in GW and opened the bottle. Compared to Kuheiji's hi-ire, this is only a draft, It has a freshness and richness. It goes very well with meals, My father, mother, and brother were all raving about it. I finally got my hands on one of the NEW versions of Sentori. The first shot is this retro. Although I also refer to your review, I can't help but imagine a classic type of flavor from this retro label. It tastes like a sour fruit in the mouth, It is sweet and sour like a sour fruit, and gradually becomes astringent. After the second day, the sweetness starts to appear, It also had a cementiness to it, I felt I could drink it more refreshingly. The low alcohol content also makes it easy to drink. The first issue of the Great Snow Canyon. It is a seasonal Jungin (spring sake). I had an image of it being dry, But the label suggested that this spring sake might be a gorgeous type. I was curious about Sanjoraku. We had it cold and warmed. It has a rich umami taste of rice that spreads quickly. It also had the acidity typical of Yamahai.
