The second bottle for my father's birthday. This is the third consecutive year of Senkou Risshun Morning Squeeze. I would like to drink it on the day it is freshly pressed, But it is very difficult to do so. I am looking forward to drinking it after the Edo Eri. The aroma of the wooden vat. It has a strong acidity with a sweet flavor that follows. Perhaps it was because it was right after drinking Oomine Winter no Otosore, I felt the acidity was strong, but it was fresh and easy to drink, But it is fresh and goes in easily. Delicious. I haven't had the new Sentori yet, so I can't wait to drink it, I want to drink it soon.

It was cold and I thought it should be warmed up, It is also delicious. It is the type of sake that goes well with a meal. After the second day, the flavor changes slowly, The acidity fades and the umami spreads. The brewer is still young, We are very much looking forward to the future of this sake.

The first New Year's Day at my parents' house, Mimuro cedar zodiac bottle to open the 25th year. This Mimuro cedar was delicious in 24 years, I am grateful to my parents for their kindness. It starts with sweetness, It has a slight acidity and is slightly effervescent, fresh, and clear. Fresh and clear. The aftertaste is very refreshing and very tasty. This is Mimuro cedar. Sukiyaki was our dinner, We enjoyed both rice and sake. We will be indebted to Mimuro Cedar this year.

I had not yet had a bottle of Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Sake, I drank it as one of the last bottles for 24 years. It is a really beautiful sake. It is moderately sweet and slightly effervescent, just like the label on the back, The words "clear" and "mineral" are perfect for this sake. I paired it with fried food and sashimi, but since it is low in alcohol and has the same taste as above, it can be enjoyed on its own. I could also enjoy it on its own. Yoshida Kura (Tedorigawa) never fails to deliver.

Found it when I went to Tsuchiura for work, Purchased at Sato Sake Shop at Tsuchiura Station. Opened the bottle on Christmas Eve. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity with a strong gas content, It goes in easily. It is a Calpis soda for adults. Personally, Urasato is my favorite brand, This is the first time for me to drink this light nigori, It is quite delicious. It goes well with Western food, It is easy to drink and I would like to repeat this bottle again.
