At Niigata Station Ponshukan on a business trip to Niigata.
A colleague who accompanied me bought me a jacket cup of sake.
The taste is a light, dry sake reminiscent of Niigata.
It is a robust sake with a sharp taste.
I hadn't had this kind of sake recently,
I enjoyed it very much.
Drinking sake on the Shinkansen with takobutsu (octopus) is very special.
