I found Murayu, I bought it because it was a white label, which I don't see very often. I bought it because it was a white label, which I don't often see, I imagined it would be sweeter than the green label I had drunk before, It tasted citrusy with a strong acidity. I thought it would be a summer sake, Fresh, refreshing, and drinkable. Upon closer inspection, the sake was alky sake, but the taste was not as if it were alky sake, It tasted like it was not made with alcohol. It was delicious.

I got a bottle of Murayu that I was curious about. There were Tokujun and Jungin, but I went for the Midori first. When I opened it, the aroma was as gorgeous as rumored. The sweet and sourness, which is not typical of Niigata sake, is released and finally disappears with bitterness. The sweet and sourness disappears and the bitterness disappears at the end. The sake is very weak at the Kameguchiri, but there is a small amount of gas. It is best paired with fried food, but it can also be enjoyed on its own. It is dangerous to drink it so easily, so we let it sit for a few days to taste the changes in flavor. Recommended if you like sweetness and sourness.

As the label on the back says, it is served well chilled. I thought it would be full of alcohol since it is labeled as "super dry". It is hard to believe that the sake has a sake strength of +16 to +17. The aroma is pleasant, and it goes down smoothly with a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is very sharp. Pair it with sashimi or grilled ginger. Very good as a food sake. Delicious.

Sake meter value -13 (laughs) The aroma is a moderate ginjo aroma. Taste is pineapple as rumored. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing without being sweet. It is better as a food sake than as a food drink with something to eat. Personally, I think it would be better to drink it as is. I may try to find some compatible snacks.

Polishing ratio 50%. New sake for 2020, first crop. The label and aroma are gorgeous. The taste is sweet with a firm aftertaste. Delicious. A definite repeat taste. I could drink it all at once, but I'll hold off. I want to drink the others.

Dark. Aroma Ginjo. It is light in the mouth. When it goes down the throat, the rich flavor of the rice spreads. The aftertaste is long. Even though it is a fire-retarded sake, the taste changes so much that I felt like I was drinking raw sake.

Zak! It's not a Char's exclusive Zaku! The liquor store's father. Take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before you start drinking, and be sure to drink it from a wine glass. I'm faithful to it because I said I would. It's a new brew, which means it's about six months old. You can feel the freshness. Very soft and textbook new brew taste. It's a bit fresh in the season when it's all summer sake. Is it a little flimsy at first? I thought. Okay, dad was right, the temperature rises a bit and the aroma opens up and becomes gorgeous. Delicious. I guess I'll have to drink three stars or something next.

How is French Sake made in France? The rice, water and malted rice are all made in France at KURA GRAND PARIS. Poured into a wine glass, the first aroma is white wine. The aroma of the cork contributes to the white wine flavor. In the mouth, you can feel the rice-like sweetness and recognize that it is a Japanese sake, but above all, the sweetness comes afterwards. Another white wine with a dryness that leads from acidity to spiciness. I wonder if this is what the label says about the minerality. Very interesting. This is the first sake to be shipped to Japan at KURA GRAND PARIS. You can see the title of the sake from the graph on the label C'est la vie That's life. You can feel that it's not like this yet. It's going to get even better in the future. As a side note, the toji is rumored to be the son of Sei Shuzo in Gunma. Each of the three brothers are working as a toji at a different brewery or something. It's an amazing family.
