Izakaya Shinkansen opens on the way back from a business trip to Morioka. The name "Iwate" means "Akabu" in Japanese. The clerk who bought it said that Akabu is a famous sake that sells well even in the local area without saying a word. It is a beautiful sake with a refreshing sweetness that disappears without a hitch. It is delicious without any unwanted flavors. Steamed hoya and grilled squid were served as snacks. Two people could afford a four-pack of sake in the two and a half hours it took to get to Tokyo. On the contrary, the drinkability of Akabu made it so easy to drink that it ran out quickly and we had to add a can of beer.

Good evening, Shonan Han 😃. If two people can drink in two and a half hours on the 🏮 Izakaya Shinkansen 🚄 with a four-pack of bottles, they certainly have plenty of time to drink 🤗 that Shinkansen! I wish I could have ridden with you 😁.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I should have bought a little more sake 😂 it was sweet! Don't tell me you didn't buy a separate four-pack for yourself and serve it on the bullet train 🤣 I'd love to drink it on the bullet train!
