It's been a long time since I've had a Mansyuusen! This is my sister-in-law's local sake, and I hadn't had it since I was in Toyama! The comment at the store said that it was soft on the palate with the umami of Yamadanishiki, but had a clean aftertaste (I think lol). It's actually very easy to drink! It's so delicious 😭The mouthfeel is soft just like the store commented! It's not as refreshing as it sounds, but it's easy to drink anyway, and I'm sure I'll be repeating this drink!

First Green Naturals. Stylish appearance and low al and expected to drink quickly. The first sip has a wood vat aroma and strong acidity. The sweetness comes out gradually, The first day after opening the bottle, it tastes hard. After the second day, the sweetness increases and the citrusiness comes out. Low alcohol content, easy to drink and drinkable on its own, It tastes like it is really 90% polished. Sentori is delicious.

過去2本飲んで美味し買ったので 今回は生酛純米を購入。 口に含むとマスカットの様な風味と甘み、 締めがドライな感じがあるからか、 サッパリとした飲み口。 美味い。料理とも合わせやすい。 冷酒と常温で試したがどちらも◎ リピートOKな1本なので次回は燗で飲みたい。 浦里、いいですね。

Chatting with senpai at Kimishimaya We had a delicious meal with amaurosis! I wouldn't mind buying this for drinking at home! Ona I was wondering about. The aroma is not that much, The mouthfeel is fresh. Umami and acidity are mixed well, The bitterness comes at the end and finishes it off. It is delicious. It is rather dry, It is rather dry, but has a modernity to it. It is a good sake that can be used as a food sake.

KANKENBEI plum has caught my eye for a while and I have been curious about it. Kinse means 15 in Spanish, alcohol content is 15°C. I was going to make the 400 check-in the best sake I had on my trip to Fukuoka, but the first one I had on the first day of the trip, Ayahana Nama Sake, was so good that I posted it without thinking twice... 😇 So I'm going to put the Fukuoka trip sakes on hold and this time it will be my favorite Chochin that I opened after returning from the trip 🍶. This is my first time to drink yamahai Chochin. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas on the tip of your tongue. It has a slight acidity and astringency with a sweetness that you would not expect from a sake with a sake strength of +7. The lingering flavor is typical of Omachi, and it gradually fades away. The acidity of Yamahai is a good accent. The acidity is not that strong, but as a lover of acidity, I really like it. It looks good heated, but it's also great cold. Great as a food sake 🍶. I think I'll buy another bottle and see what I can do with it 😆. The Namajuku at the end of the year was great, but this Yamahai Chochin is great too. Not just good, but delicious 🍶✨.

This is a brand I have recently become addicted to. It is a regular sake in my house along with Tenbi. I stop by Ebisu on my way home from work just to drink this. It has a sweet and sour fruity taste with a slight sparkle. I think it's a modern food sake that you don't get tired of drinking, with a good flavor and sharpness. The cospa and the blue of the label are great ‼️ It really is a delicious sake 👑.

After Kawakame and Ikegame, I probably should have gone to the Kame no Umi area, but I enjoyed the Shinkame draft sake I had the other day, so I decided to drink it carefully at home. The first day of opening the bottle The first aroma is a spicy aroma that comes across as a bit like the aroma of Japanese sake. It also has a bit of a peculiar and peculiar aroma. The spiciness is noticeable on the palate with little sweetness and a little bit of umami. I tried lentil heating, but the umami came out a little, but the sweetness did not come out at all 🤔. 3rd day The aroma of sweetness and umami came out on the top 😊. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spiciness on the tip of your tongue and the full-bodied umami and sweetness. This is it 😉. I also tried it lukewarm 🍶. First time, Okayama sake. The explanation on the back label said It was a sake made from Omachi rice, which is out of standard I bought it on impulse. The lid opened vigorously and the aroma was fruity. When you drink it, it has a sweetness like apple honey. However, the bitterness soon comes in and it is not too sweet, It is not too sweet, and you can easily drink it without getting tired of it. This is delicious. The second day, I think it tastes more apple-like. Personally, I think it is interesting to change the taste.

Found Nabeshima and secured it immediately. I went back to my parents' house and opened a bottle with my father. It has a fruity aroma and sweetness in the mouth. Here is the New Year's sake I took with me. I finally found Nabeshima. I was able to open the bottle without gas spraying. When I put it in my mouth, I thought the sweetness was coming in, The sweetness quickly disappears and the second half is dry. The second half is dry and goes away quickly and crisply. It is delicious. It has a gassy feel and goes down smoothly. It goes well with sashimi. Everyone gave it high marks.

Urasato, a brand I was curious about. It is brewed entirely from pure Ibaraki sake. High expectations. When the bottle was opened, there was almost no aroma, When you drink it, it has a fruity taste like melon or banana, The sweetness is almost melon-like, and the taste finishes with bitterness. It is delicious. It is a well-balanced Junmai that can be easily paired with meals. I would like to repeat this brand and try other specs.
