⭐︎ It's been a while since I had a drink at home. I just came home from a business trip to Sapporo on Thursday (Saturday at 2:00 p.m.) and had a lunchtime drink with my wife. We had a pot of warasa, sashimi, and vegetable salad as a side dish. My wife is in a good mood because I bought her a packet of ramen from Junren and a packet from Rokkatei. Green opened about 10 days ago. It's getting soft. (According to my wife). The sharpness has been cured, the sweetness has increased, and the acidity has become stronger. Fresh sake is also good, but this kind of aged sake goes well with fish. I went to the sub-fridge to see what I wanted to drink next, and found some Yamama, so I'll give you a little taste.

⭐︎ Today is a Saturday with no plans. I'm taking it easy and having a drink at home. Toyobai Junmai Ginjo, my first sake. The aroma is subdued with sweet fruits. It has a good balance of sweetness and sweetness, and is a medium-bodied sake that goes down smoothly. It goes well with vegetable snacks. Manachie-san said it was good to leave it for a day, but I ended up drinking it. I wonder if I'll try it next time 🍶. Beer 🍺 white - black -> Toyobai -> green maybe?

⭐︎ I was in Karuizawa from yesterday. The hotel had French cuisine and sake, so I had a local Saku no Hana (flower of Saku). It's apple-like and fruity 🍎, but still very easy to drink. The water must be good. It goes well with French 🇫🇷. My wife was very happy with it. 　Beer -> white -> Saku no Hana -> red red 🍷.

⭐︎ Drinking at home last weekend. Amego no Tsuki Special Junmai. The red label shows the love for the Carp. Not so much super dry, but fresh, gorgeous, sharp and dry. Roast beef, cheese French, and laksa, which was a multinational entrée that did not consider sake at all 😤. Beer + moon after rain + sweet potato soda.

⭐︎ Yesterday I was invited by a business partner to have lunch drinks at their house. And we got fucked 😢. I drank 8 bottles in 5 hours with 5 guys. I don't remember the taste or anything about the second half ... . So I had the first bottle of Kido Sparkling. There is a little lees, but almost colorless. I don't remember the aroma. 🙇‍♂️ It has a naturally fizzy texture on the tongue, rather than the mechanical fizziness that is typical of sparkling wines. Refreshing and crisp, but also full-bodied. Medium-bodied. It was a refreshing drink suitable for the first bottle of summer. Kido → Tatenogawa → Shinshu Kamerei → Masumi → Tedorigawa → Yamamoto → Yamamori → Dewazakura = 8 bottles 😢.

⭐︎ I took the liberty of taking it to my younger grandson's 1st birthday party and drank it without permission. It was sent to me by a business partner in Sendai, following last year. Thank you again this year. 🙇‍♂️ It is a well-balanced and elegant sake. Surprisingly, it does not feel summery. It has a moderate sweetness and umami of rice. There is a subtle scent of ginjo in the space between the sweetness and rice flavor. It is elegant and has a sense of luxury. Not so much in the characteristics. But it was delicious 😁.

⭐︎ Last night I had dinner with my client's branch manager. We went to an izakaya in Kudanshita, whose name I've forgotten. They had S-type, but I went with R, which was less sweet. ⭐︎ A hot weather party with my colleagues @ Yataro Azamino. The sake here is excellent. About 800 yen/120cc. Not expensive or cheap? It was a good way to get rid of the heat. We drank 2 beers, Jikin, Hotarugawa, Izumibashi, Kuroryu, and Tasake. We were just the right amount of drunkenness.

Took 45 minutes to open the bottle and it was a little lukewarm when I drank it 😢. Citrusy grape juice 🍇❓ Lactic acidic fanta grape❓ Alcohol content: 5 degrees and it goes down easy. It was sweet for me and became my wife's nightcap. The bottle is in the fridge. And now I'm having shochu highball + eel bowl 😁.

⭐︎ ilander Junmai Daiginjo brewed on the Big Island of Hawaii. I licked it as being from Hawaii, but it's fantastic👍. It has a subtle brewing aroma, and sweetness comes first on the palate. The sweetness comes first, then a slight gasiness, then sourness, and then the sweetness goes away to become richness? It's delicious. The Jungin I had next was lighter, more acidic, and really refreshing. It seems to have been brewed since last year at a brewery attached to a restaurant called "islander sake".

It has a summery sweetness. A little thin? The sweetness remains, but it moves to the refreshing type. It goes well with rock oysters and dachamame (green soybeans). Coincidentally, today we have turban shells, edamame (edamame), and wasabi. I'm soaked 😁.

⭐︎ Tomorrow is a work competition @ Nagano golf club. So I'm drinking at the hotel's soba noodle shop by myself. I'm drinking a large bottle of Oshinshu. It's a summer sake, so it's crisp, dignified and refreshing. Since I had also had a drink on the Shinkansen, I had a light meal of Soba and local sake. I bought some sake and a side dish at a FamilyMart and went back to my room. Beer -> Daishinshu (with horse sashimi and tenzaru)

As the name suggests, summer sake tropical 🏝️ Fresh and juicy but refreshing. It is fresh and juicy, but refreshing. It's perfect for the first drink. The girls were very happy to drink it all 😢. Beer -> Hyakuju -> Matsunotsuju -> Shintsuchida -> Sawaya Matsumoto -> Kangiku -> Yamamoto -> I don't remember 😢.

In fact, the Nn.6 S type is in the June distribution 😎The distribution is wonderful💓 So, the main issue. The aroma is discreetly acidic and fruity. The mouthfeel is also discreetly acidic and sweet. The taste is soft, round and elegant. It has the potential of being a wine made by a winery, but it tastes like wine. It went well with meat. After an hour, it tastes very good, partly because it is more rounded and partly because I was drunk. Anne is made with Association 1 yeast. I wonder if the Sisu we drank the other day was made with Association No. 6 yeast. Half & Half -> Sogapale What shall we drink in the evening?

⭐︎ It's a weekend with no plans. On Saturday, I did all the things I can't do on a daily basis: cleaning, laundry, dog walking, gym, and for some reason, I'm non-alcoholic. And today, I'm proudly having a lunchtime drink 😎. After the black beer, I had some leftover Kubota (unfiltered, unpasteurized sake). And finally, So-no-Kangiku (Hashu Honor), which has been in the fridge for 4 months. Jungin brewed with Hazhu Honor, a sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture. The aroma is a bit fruity. The mouthfeel is sweet. The ginjo aroma quickly becomes subdued and refreshing. Although the label warns against opening the bottle, the gasiness is moderate both when the bottle is opened and when it is drunk. It has a sharpness that is typical of Kangiku, and can be served with horse mackerel tataki, sardines, nameko mushrooms, edamame (green soybeans).... Black beer -> Kubota -> Kangiku It's a good daytime drink, but not too much.

⭐︎ I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery during my business trip to Ueda in March. I was able to meet Mr. Touji Okazaki, but he was so neat and nice that I was almost afraid to talk to him 😭. The toji's sister Mari-san (manga artist) designs the bottles. After 3 months in the fridge, the bottle is finally opened. The aroma is pear-like. The sweetness stands out in the first sip. Then, there is a moderate bitterness. I don't feel much acidity. I don't feel the piquancy that much either. The only thing I failed to taste was the stir-fried lebanilla. I heard it goes well with French food 😢. I'm looking forward to it after a few days 😊.

⭐︎ Continuing from last week, we went to Ogura-san. We had a bottle of Hououmida, the last of the sake we brought in. The description says that it was brewed using "Yume Sarara," Tochigi's sake rice grown in the clean air, soil, and water of Nikko, in a "nama-hashiroshi" style. It is heavy and full-bodied. The sweetness stands out, but it is not unpleasant, and after a while it changes to a light acidity. Although it is full-bodied, it does not interfere with snacks. It is indeed a Houou Mita. It went well with unotan (sea urchin). Beer → Hououmida → Isumi Bridge → Nachiozan It was delicious.

⭐︎ This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work in April to commemorate a job transfer. It seems to be a sake brewed with wine yeast from the Rhone region in France. It is a famous sake from Toyama, Mansyuusen GREEN. The aroma is a strong ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is a full-bodied white wine that reminds one of sweet grapes from the fusion of sweet and sour tastes. It is a dark wine. But the aftertaste is sake. I went home after drinking lightly at a general meeting and reception of a certain association in the evening today, and made up for the lack of alcohol after taking a bath. I drank two beers, two white wines, and a highball. After returning home, I had a lemon sour, then a Manjusen No. 1. It was an uncontrolled way of drinking. 🙇‍♂️
