The aroma is mellow and sweet, and the taste is smooth and sweet, with a mild aftertaste.

A clean and refreshing aroma of cool rice, a smooth and clean flavor that flows smoothly into the mouth, and a mild and pleasant aftertaste.
The entrée is a motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) using Tenka Ippin's rich hot pot broth and assorted sashimi.
I had an image that it would be more light and dry since it is a Hokkaido sake, but it has a very mild and gentle flavor that does not interfere with the meal, which is indescribable.
[Hakodate Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery in Hakodate, let alone in southern Hokkaido, that was revived in 2021 after an 84-year absence.
I hope to see more of their attractive flavors in the future 🥰.
