Hokkaido is said to be a new line of Hakodate breweries.
The aroma is reminiscent of mellow fruit. A little tomato.
When you drink it, it has a fruity aroma, an astringent texture on the tongue, and a sense of rice.
There is a hint of straw-like smokiness.
The palate is round and classic.
A slightly unusual balance.
It should be paired with a classic entrée.
Taste level 3/5

First "Goho".
Sake from Hokkaido is hard to come by, and this is the second time I've had a rare chance to taste it.
We enjoyed the sake so much that it was a gift.
I bought this Goho for home after drinking it at a restaurant in Hakodate and really liking it.
I think it was a different label than the one I had at the store, and it was spicier and more sake-like than the one at the store, but the same sweet, juicy, yet refreshing drink 😋.
It was also delicious 😋.
It is clean and easy to drink, yet has a slight sweetness and flavor.
I love the sweet aroma that comes through the nose😊.
It's been a while since I've found a sake that fits my taste and I immediately made it my favorite👍.
I will definitely be buying some to take home from the gift shop!
Souvenirs of Hokkaido 🤗No.2
I heard it is called "Gokko".
The aroma is soft and reminds of tropical fruit, with a good sweet and sour taste, and a rich and mellow malty aroma 😌.
Thank you very much!

About the aroma
Refreshing, rummy aroma
Taste
Fruity and rich umami from the first taste
Alcoholic, spicy and stimulating in the middle
The aftertaste is slightly umami and makes you want to drink it again.
Not too spicy, not too sweet, a well-balanced bottle with a good balance.
About the dishes to be served with this wine
Rice cooked with sea vegetables
Pork stewed in a square pot
Miso soup with nameko mushrooms
Bring in the sake that you guessed was sent from your parents' house.
Slightly vegetal but nectarous aroma.
When you drink it, it has a fruity and herbal aroma.
The dense umami with a sense of elasticity comes through strongly.
It goes down the throat and finishes with a nice sharpness, so it is not too strong at the end.
Degree of preference 3.5/5
The blue color on the right is unfiltered raw sake🟦.
The red color on the left is fire-aged
Nama sake has bubbles at the bottom of the cup.
The aroma is light and the throat is quite strong.
Nama-shu is especially strong.
Maybe because it has 18% alcohol by volume.
